On Saturday, I received the bad news that my dishwasher couldn't be installed without a shutoff valve. Installation was at a standstill. I remember I had a card from Amasi Plumbing...you can't forget the card...it's hilarious. Anyway, I called Anthony and he made the appointment for the upcoming Monday. His guys were here before 10am. It took in total 30 minutes to complete the job. Mark and...I can't remember the other guy's name - both professional very nice. Masks on, they got the job done. Explained what they there going to do and advised me on very beautiful faucets to replace the old one which is over 35 years old. No pressure at all. Yep....I'm calling them again. Excellent service.

*sigh* The extreme cold caused our pipes to burst. We had water raining in our kitchen and traveling down into our basement. We called the plumber that we have used before. He said he couldn't come before the morning. I called Amasi Plumbing; he was the first call I made, guided by the good review he received in 2014. He told me that he was on his way home but said that he would be over in 5 minutes. And he was. He immediately turned off the water and then helped us get functional. We lost the use of our kitchen. He made it a special point to leave us with at least one working bathroom, which we deeply appreciated. I would call him again in a heartbeat. In fact, he is our new plumber of choice. We will not use the first plumber ever again but we are going to put Amasi Plumbing on speed dial. Thank you so much, Amasi Plumbing for your help, compassion and your professionalism this evening.

Very happy with the service! We had a pipe break and major water leakage. Another local plumber told us it would take days to get the water back on. This plumber got the worst of the problem under control in less than two hours. Kind of him coming out on a weekend evening too. I would definitely call them again.
