Let me start by saying we called another plumber in Simi 3 months ago for a job that a ""smell good plumber"" would have done for $99 and it cost a hair under $500. My wife never told me how much it cost but I found it on the bank statement and said never again. So when our shower started leaking and I couldn't fix it, I checked the Yelp reviews and was drawn to Amaron Plumbing because I had heard of them before. I called them and others on the list, but Kenny was the first to respond and told me that Moen would replace the shower valve for free and they did -- I had no idea. Then after the part arrived, Steve took a total of 20 minutes to install the part, poof like magic,and he showed me how the spout was leaking too but had the part on his truck. I had to leave but told my wife that i figured it would be between $100 - 150 for the service but now that parts were involved and additional work, I didn't know how much it would be. Turns out that when the dust settled the bill was under $120. AMAZING!! I'm never going anywhere else for my plumbing needs, these guys are truly the best. Greg Johnson, Simi Valley

They did an excellent job replacing my toilet. First, they made sure I
needed a new one by attempting to fix my old toilet. The plumber
tried everything to unplug it but found it was defective. I'm very
pleased with the service I received!

I have had these guys out to my home twice. Each time they responded promptly to my call and completed the work that needed to be done quickly. They did an excellent job and left the area clean. These guys are amazing! They are professional, timely, and honorable. They truly know their professional and take pride in doing a great job! After going through several bad experiences with other plumbers referred by friends and family, I finally decided to give it a try with Amaron Plumbing. Kenny scheduled me promptly and Steve was incredible in quickly figuring out a solution to the issue that no other plumber seemed to be able to fix even after many attempts. He also ended up fixing all other plumbing repairs while on his visit efficiently and without complications. Where do I begin to sing the praises for these guys? Steve and Kenny are absolutely amazing. First, when we discovered we had a hot water slab leak, Steve is normally the one who handles those but he was out of town. Not wanting to leave us in a lurch, Kenny came out on Saturday and showed us how to turn off our water and told us what to do in the meantime and recommended a leak detection service for us to call. As soon as we had the report, Steve was out there that same afternoon for two hours figuring out a plan of action of how to repipe and found a way to do it with minimal carving up of walls and ceilings that was fantastic. He explained in detail exactly what his plan of attack was, and showed up the next morning to do the work. He was running about a half hour late and HE CALLED ME to tell me so. Who does that??? It was awesome, and so respectful and much appreciated. When he showed up, he immediately set to work, always kept a smile on his face, updated me on the progress, and cleaned up the extensive work area so well you can't even tell he was here working today for seven hours. I told Steve he should have worn his superhero cape. These guys are the best of the best - reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and neat.We originally found them via a friend because we'd had other plumbers in to do a job that quickly undid itself, and rather than call them back we paid to do the job all over again so we could have it done right. I will never use another plumber again, and I recommend them without reservation for any job, big or small. If I could give them six stars I would.

Wow!!! This company has great customer service! They really helped us out of a spot. I had some problems with our previous plumber and Amaron was referred to us by a friend. As a project coordinator, I've dealt with a lot of contractors - Amaron Plumbing is at the top of my list for reliability, great work, fair pricing and most importantly, customer service.

They are always good, but when necessary, they go above and beyond. Not too long ago a customer of ours had an old pipe break in the wall of a newly remodeled kitchen - at midnight - on a Sunday. Kenny was there within a half an hour, from the far side of Simi Valley to the far side of Newbury Park. We couldn't be more pleased!
