We had an after hour problem with no water suddenly at our kitchen sink. Kenny returned my call very quickly, asked a few questions, and then told me what I might try to do to solve the problem myself. IT WORKED. I called him back and thanked him profusely. We had used Amaron before, that is why I called them. We will DEFINITELY use them again. THANKS KENNY!

Had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up, Steve came out and had the clog cleared in no time. He was very nice and helpful and price was reasonable as well. I recommend Amaron Plumbing to anyone, they are fabulous.

I have been using Amaron Plumbing for several years now. I cannot say enough good things about them. Kenny and Steve, brothers that own Amaron Plumbing, are always available, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them. They're amazing!

Since my last review, we have used Amaron Plumbing twice, most recently today. On the first ocassion in December 2019, the day before our scheduled holiday party, a general contractor was finishing up the installion of a mirror accidentally drilled into a fresh water line inside our living room wall and water came gushing out for 15 minutes before the contractor could find the turnoff valve. I immediately called Amaron Plumbing, and within 30 minutes Kenny Amaron was at my door to start the repairs. He assessed the damage and completed the repair within an hour.

Our most recent experience with Amaron was today when our stall shower drain became plugged. This time Steve came out and quickly cleaned the drain out. I am now planning to hVe Amaron do regular maintenance on our tankless wster hester.

Based on the skill, care, honesty and very reasonable prices we have experienced with Amaron for both emergency and routine plumbing service, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else!.

I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel when we came across a problem with the bathtub drain. Steve came out same day and fixed the issue AND snaked the lines for us. Great service. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Incredibly honest and reasonable. I've gone through 3 plumbers (those reviews will be posted soon). Kenny and Steve do only what's needed and don't try to convince you that you need more plumbing work than you do.

In summary, I didn't get the service I expected as described by other reviewers.

- the job took long time as he worked alone and being away several times.
- he got frustrated and told me about what I had no control over.
- the bill didn't show the breakdown of each task.
- dishwasher installation was not tested and incomplete as the part was not installed.
- I haven't heard anything after sending the copy of installation instructions.

The detailed explanations for my review:

I chose this company after reading the good reviews on Yelp, and Kenny was willing to fix the hot water in the slab. He recommended rerouting the hot water pipe through the attic using copper pipe after I insisted on copper, not PEX. His price was good and I thought he had 5-star reviews.

On the day of work, things didn't go as we talked, and it became more of disappointment for me.

Kenny came to reroute the piping, but he found out the manifold was not where it was supposed to be, so he had to change the plan to stop the leak in the slab. I asked him how much it would cost, but he said he would know when he worked on it and it would be cheaper than the original estimate.

He needed to go back to his office to get Jackhammer kit which is understandable so he was gone and came back with the necessary tools. It took him about an hour.

He jackhammered the slab to remove the cement and fix the leaking pipe. Then he told me that he had to get the cement, return the jackhammer, and grab some lunch. He asked me if he could bring his grandson who is 8 years old and is a good helper. I didn't think much of it, and said okay. This was the second time he left for several hours. I thought he would carry cement in the truck when he knew to fill the hole he opened, but he made another trip. His grandson was well behaved and helpful.

He filled the hole on the slab with cement with the help of his grandson. While the cement was drying, my wall hanging came down after the self-closing door kept slamming, and made two dents on the cement. He didn't do anything to fill the dents.

He started prepaing the dishwasher for installation which we agreed in advance. He got frustrated when he was installing the dishwasher and complained about the layout of my kitchen sink which I could not do anything about. I was annoyed after that. He didn't have the part(s), so he left to to get the parts and drop off his grandson, for the third time.

After he came back, he was looking for something and then asked me if I knew where the two screws he said he left on the counter earlier were. I never went near the kitchen while he was working on installing dishwasher, so I had no idea. I told him to ask his grandson who was here. He said his grandson didn't have them. Meanwhile, I noticed my shower faucet was leaking the water, so I asked him to take a look at it. He said he will get the part. He left again to get two screws to finish dishwasher installation for the fourth time.

He came back, and finished the installation, and asked me if I wanted the faucet leak fixed. I said yes, but didn't ask him how much it will cost.

When it was all done by 5 p.m. (from 8:30 a.m.), he gave me the bill with the total price instead of itemizing the three tasks. Since it was a long day, I paid the amount, but called him to give me the itemized bill for each work.

Well he gave me a separate bill just for the slab leak with the total price I paid. I wanted to know how much the dishwasher installation and fixing the bathroom faucet were individually. I didn't like sloppy paperwork he did.

After he left me the packaging for dishwasher I found the floor protect pan in the box. I checked the installation guide and it is supposed to be installed but Kenny didn't. Installation manual said to run the wet test, but Kenny didn't run it. I don't think he did the complete installation.

I texted him several times about floor protect pan and the copy of installation step. He said he'd call and install it, but no further response from him. It's been a month. I don't know why he doesn't respond or what has happened, but as a customer I am not happy.
