I had (4) minor plumbing-related ""issues"" around the house that we've been tolerating but we decided it was time to get the issues fixed. I like to ""shop local"" and came to know of a local family owned business: Amaron Plumbing via all of the recommendations from my wonderful neighbors. Turns out, this company has been serving the area for many decades and they have a GREAT reputation.

I spoke with Kenny and he arranged for his brother, Steve, to come take care of our plumbing issues. He asked if I would send him pics of the various makes/models so that Steve could come prepared with the necessary parts for the work I was looking to have done. This put my mind at ease - they want to come prepared to solve problems, and do it the right way with the right parts so as to not cause me any inconveniences/delays/degradation in quality.

Steve showed up on-time and he was AWESOME! He's a true professional - very careful while working, super-thorough (including cleaning up after working), knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! He was able to diagnose AND fix all (4) issues in about an hour (just as estimated by Kenny). Their pricing was also very competitive, which was ""a bonus"" on top of the excellent service they provide!

This is such a great company and will surely be calling them in the future as the need comes up!

We recently discovered what appeared to be a pretty serious problem with our tub leaking into our walls. This is a rental unit and we had new renters that just moved in so clearly we needed to fix it ASAP. I called one of the ""big guys"" plumbing shops in Simi and they came out and proceeded to tell me they need to jackhammer into my concrete and rebuild my ""tub traps"" to the tune of $5k! I was referred to Kenny to give a second opinion. He came out promptly, took a look and said ""no, you don't need a trap replacement we simply need to rebuild your overflow lines"". Kenny saved me $4k dollars my friends. Do yourselves a favor and call him first and save yourselves a lot of time and hassle.

My water heater didn't work. I received two quotes for new heaters from local plumbers, both in excess of $1000. Called Amaron. Their man came out, looked it over, and said it might be just a valve, which he replaced. He charged me $105, promised to credit that back if the repair didn't hold and I ultimately DID need a new heater. Well - the repair is still holding, three years later. Amaron's integrity earned my forever loyalty.

Just had the pleasure of meeting Kenny with Amaron Plumbing. We had an emergency back up. Think about this, the night before Independence Day! I was actually nervous about calling a plumber. Holy cow what a nice guy Kenny is. He looked like an angel walking up to our door. If you need a plumber you will absolutely not go wrong with these guys. Very professional, very nice and very fair. Let me start by saying we called another plumber in Simi 3 months ago for a job that a ""smell good plumber"" would have done for $99 and it cost a hair under $500. My wife never told me how much it cost but I found it on the bank statement and said never again. So when our shower started leaking and I couldn't fix it, I checked the Yelp reviews and was drawn to Amaron Plumbing because I had heard of them before. I called them and others on the list, but Kenny was the first to respond and told me that Moen would replace the shower valve for free and they did -- I had no idea. Then after the part arrived, Steve took a total of 20 minutes to install the part, poof like magic,and he showed me how the spout was leaking too but had the part on his truck. I had to leave but told my wife that i figured it would be between $100 - 150 for the service but now that parts were involved and additional work, I didn't know how much it would be. Turns out that when the dust settled the bill was under $120. AMAZING!! I'm never going anywhere else for my plumbing needs, these guys are truly the best. Greg Johnson, Simi Valley

They did an excellent job replacing my toilet. First, they made sure I
needed a new one by attempting to fix my old toilet. The plumber
tried everything to unplug it but found it was defective. I'm very
pleased with the service I received!

I have had these guys out to my home twice. Each time they responded promptly to my call and completed the work that needed to be done quickly. They did an excellent job and left the area clean. They were priced fairly and were very courteous. I highly recommend them. They were referred to me by my cousin. These guys are the best.

These guys are amazing! They are professional, timely, and honorable. They truly know their professional and take pride in doing a great job! After going through several bad experiences with other plumbers referred by friends and family, I finally decided to give it a try with Amaron Plumbing. Kenny scheduled me promptly and Steve was incredible in quickly figuring out a solution to the issue that no other plumber seemed to be able to fix even after many attempts. He also ended up fixing all other plumbing repairs while on his visit efficiently and without complications.
