Steve did some great work for me. Fixed a leak in my wall. He was in and out in a matter of hours. Honest & reliable. Thanks Steve

In summary, I didn't get the service I expected as described by other reviewers.
- the job took long time as he worked alone and being away several times.
- he got frustrated and told me about what I had no control over.
- the bill didn't show the breakdown of each task.
- dishwasher installation was not tested and incomplete as the part was not installed.
- I haven't heard anything after sending the copy of installation instructions.
The detailed explanations for my review:
I chose this company after reading the good reviews on Yelp, and Kenny was willing to fix the hot water in the slab. He recommended rerouting the hot water pipe through the attic using copper pipe after I insisted on copper, not PEX. His price was good and I thought he had 5-star reviews.
On the day of work, things didn't go as we talked, and it became more of disappointment for me.
Kenny came to reroute the piping, but he found out the manifold was not where it was supposed to be, so he had to change the plan to stop the leak in the slab. I asked him how much it would cost, but he said he would know when he worked on it and it would be cheaper than the original estimate.
He needed to go back to his office to get Jackhammer kit which is understandable so he was gone and came back with the necessary tools. It took him about an hour.
He jackhammered the slab to remove the cement and fix the leaking pipe. Then he told me that he had to get the cement, return the jackhammer, and grab some lunch. He asked me if he could bring his grandson who is 8 years old and is a good helper. I didn't think much of it, and said okay. This was the second time he left for several hours. I thought he would carry cement in the truck when he knew to fill the hole he opened, but he made another trip. His grandson was well behaved and helpful.
He filled the hole on the slab with cement with the help of his grandson. While the cement was drying, my wall hanging came down after the self-closing door kept slamming, and made two dents on the cement. He didn't do anything to fill the dents.
He started prepaing the dishwasher for installation which we agreed in advance. He got frustrated when he was installing the dishwasher and complained about the layout of my kitchen sink which I could not do anything about. I was annoyed after that. He didn't have the part(s), so he left to to get the parts and drop off his grandson, for the third time.
After he came back, he was looking for something and then asked me if I knew where the two screws he said he left on the counter earlier were. I never went near the kitchen while he was working on installing dishwasher, so I had no idea. I told him to ask his grandson who was here. He said his grandson didn't have them. Meanwhile, I noticed my shower faucet was leaking the water, so I asked him to take a look at it. He said he will get the part. He left again to get two screws to finish dishwasher installation for the fourth time.
He came back, and finished the installation, and asked me if I wanted the faucet leak fixed. I said yes, but didn't ask him how much it will cost.
When it was all done by 5 p.m. (from 8:30 a.m.), he gave me the bill with the total price instead of itemizing the three tasks. Since it was a long day, I paid the amount, but called him to give me the itemized bill for each work.
Well he gave me a separate bill just for the slab leak with the total price I paid. I wanted to know how much the dishwasher installation and fixing the bathroom faucet were individually. I didn't like sloppy paperwork he did.
After he left me the packaging for dishwasher I found the floor protect pan in the box. I checked the installation guide and it is supposed to be installed but Kenny didn't. Installation manual said to run the wet test, but Kenny didn't run it. I don't think he did the complete installation.
I texted him several times about floor protect pan and the copy of installation step. He said he'd call and install it, but no further response from him. It's been a month. I don't know why he doesn't respond or what has happened, but as a customer I am not happy.

I can't say enough about how great Kenny is!! I'm in real estate and I had an issue that no one could fix. Over the phone he told my husband what it could possibly be. He was right! He could have insisted on coming out and charging a lot of money. He didn't. If you want someone who is HONEST and EXPERIENCED please call Kenny!

You know you can't go wrong when a business you are researching has NOTHING BUT 5 STAR RATINGS!
I called Amaron Plumbing, (two brothers Kenny and Steve) after seeing glowing reports on here and Nextdoor.com. I was desperate to find a plumber. (I had no water for a week and had the same plumber flake on me...twice).
I experienced a sudden drop in water pressure that caused a coupling joint to come loose inside the wall that dripped water on an electrical outlet. I awoke the next morning to the smell of burning plastic, a black wall plate, a melted plug and a hollow wall space filled with water.
Steve came to my home after a long day of work when I explained my situation. He graciously and quickly solved and fixed my plumbing problem. (It turned out my PUR filter that attaches to the kitchen faucet was faulty, causing the water pressure to plummet and the pipes to rattle and shake)! He also found that the part of pipe that was jarred loose had a pin-size hole in it that started leaking water once the coupling joint came loose!
I can't thank him enough for his kindness, either. To find an honest, kind, hard-working, excellent plumber that comes prepared is rare and much appreciated. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amaron Plumbing. If I could give more than FIVE stars to Amaron Plumbing I would.

So for some reason this past year or so I have had several reasons to need a plumber! And it's typically never good news when you have to call one. Kenny with Amaron Plumbing has been a life savor many times! I call and usually it starts with HELP!! And he talks me through it, then shows up almost immediately, and the best part is he fixes the problem quickly & for an amazingly low price!! He is truly the best, most honest and knowledgeable plumber you can hire!! Thank you for all of your help & work!

Amaron was recommended to me, I needed a water heater replacement, 75 gallon, Kenny gave me great advice on what model was best, and where to get one, I picked it up, and then he came around to install it, which as the new ones are bigger meant re plumbing for slightly different fitting locations. New heater is running, and he charged me Time and Materials as I had taken the old heater out. Extremely satisfied!

This plumbing service is very professional, efficient, and well priced. Steve, the technician, showed up on a Saturday, on time, to change a gas valve that was not up to code. He drove all over looking for the part. Did not charge for his time. Job was done perfectly. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing! Highly recommend!!

Steve was just here to replace the toilet tank in my master bathroom. First he came by to diagnose the problem a couple weeks ago and it was determined there was a leak. I called Flushmate and was able to send them a video of the leak and they assured me it was under warranty so sent me a new tank free of charge. Steve just installed it, and I couldn't be happier with him! He and Kenny are very professional, very prompt in returning phone calls and making appointments and best of all, reasonably priced! I will definitely be calling them next time I have any plumbing issues!

Just had our first experience with Amaron Plumbing, what great impression. We had few minor issues that were resolved quickly, easily, and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again.

I had (4) minor plumbing-related ""issues"" around the house that we've been tolerating but we decided it was time to get the issues fixed. I like to ""shop local"" and came to know of a local family owned business: Amaron Plumbing via all of the recommendations from my wonderful neighbors. Turns out, this company has been serving the area for many decades and they have a GREAT reputation.
I spoke with Kenny and he arranged for his brother, Steve, to come take care of our plumbing issues. He asked if I would send him pics of the various makes/models so that Steve could come prepared with the necessary parts for the work I was looking to have done. This put my mind at ease - they want to come prepared to solve problems, and do it the right way with the right parts so as to not cause me any inconveniences/delays/degradation in quality.
Steve showed up on-time and he was AWESOME! He's a true professional - very careful while working, super-thorough (including cleaning up after working), knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! He was able to diagnose AND fix all (4) issues in about an hour (just as estimated by Kenny). Their pricing was also very competitive, which was ""a bonus"" on top of the excellent service they provide!
This is such a great company and will surely be calling them in the future as the need comes up!
