In 2015, there was a filter that needed service, he was out there the next day despite being slammed. Once again, prompt, courteous and honest. Today, 7/18/2016, he blew us away with his customer service! Our unit went out and he was out within 20 minutes to check it out. Turns out a stick wedged the fan which caused the safeguards to kick in. He removed the stick gave us a 'what to look for' in case there was damage done and was on his way with a 'Call me if you need me!"""". Yep, that's right, he refused to charge us a service call! He has more than earned our loyalty! He is honest, good to his customers, and knows his craft! He is one of the few you can trust not to screw you over...that's hard to find in HVAC biz! David G.I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. Kevin was straight up, told me everything I NEEDED to know. Not what he thought I wanted to hear. He told me he wasn't hurting for business so he could tell me like it was. He gave me a free estimate, then managed to get out in less than a week during a massive heat wave. He and a coworker took almost an entire afternoon removing my old system from under the house and installing my new all in one unit. It has been several months and my air condition is amazing, even in an older house. It was a little pricey, but it was well worth the job. I would recommend Amaro Mechanical to anyone
