I called for an estimate on the shower tower Monday. I spoke with Connie. Connie informed me that someone would call me back on Monday to arrange a time to come out to my home and give me an estimate. I received no call. I called back Friday afternoon and spoke with Connie again. Connie remember speaking with me Monday. Connie stated that she can get someone out to my house on Wednesday - 10 days after my initial call. I would have expected to either get an apology or at least some type of acknowledgment for me calling back and giving them another opportunity to earn my business given the fact pattern. Zero acknowledge. When I commented that Wednesday would be 10 days after my initial call she stated and I quote, ""I can have someone come Thursday."" No Thanks. I want to go where my business is wanted.

I always try and leave a review when I get exceptional service. I received a quick call back, my service was scheduled quickly (hose bib repair), and the tech gave me a call when they were 15 minutes out. The guy was respectful, fixed my plumbing issue, and I think the value was spot on with what other companies charge for the same service.

Prompt, professional, friendly service. Their prices are on par with other plumbing services- not cheap but definitely fair. Let's face it- no one really wants to spend $500 on a toilet- but a toilet is pretty important so just do it and get it over with fast LOL. The great thing was their quick callback and quick scheduling- it was done fast. I was able to get my elderly mom 2 new toilets in the one week I was there visiting. Thank you Amanda.

There was a leak under our kitchen sink near the disposal, so needed emergency service. We found out about Amanda Plumbing on the Powell Bubble Facebook page. They are highly recommended by several people. We were immediately called back after leaving a message and got an appointment the next day. I thought it may be a while before someone could come out, so we were pleasantly surprised. Two technicians arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and we'll definitely call them again in the future.

Joe came out to replace some cheap plastic shut off valves and a few other items. While doing so he pointed out a small leak under a sink due to someone's DIY project which was not to code. Joe took pictures so he could have some of the other plumbers give him suggestions how to address it. I appreciated that he didn't just guess on a fix. He will be wrapping up the project tomorrow as he was short on parts due to me adding some additional items.

Joe called me to let me know when he would be arriving but ended up being over an hour late. When I asked him he said an older woman was sitting on the roadside with a flat tire so he stopped to change it for her. Needless to say, I was impressed. In addition to being a good plumber, it appears he's also a good person.

Good companies tend to hire good people. I'd definitely use Amanda Plumbing in the future.

This company gave me a quote of over 2000 dollars to replace a standard natural gas water heater.This was for replacement during normal business hours. After several calls to other plumbing companies the average price was around 1200 dollars or less. Always best to shop around to make sure you are getting an honest quote and not being ripped off.

We are new to the Columbus area and are doing a lot of work on our new home. I had an immediate need for a plumber to reset a toilet and sink after we installed hardwood floors. They were able to get out within a couple of days. The guys were very professional and did the work in a timely manner. In addition another company quoted me over $650 for the same jobs they did for less than $200.
I have since had them out for other things. They are my go to company for any plumbing needs.

I have used Amanda Plumbing multiple times and each time have had professional and efficient service. Twice my self diagnosis was more involved than was required and they did not try to upsell me but instead did the work that was needed. Prices are average for this type of work, service makes the difference.

DO NOT USE!! This is how Amanda Plumbing left our yard today after replacing our exterior drainage from the downspouts. I don't even know how this is acceptable. On top of the piles of dirt every where they also ruined our Invisible Fence and irrigation system - you can see our sprinkler lines sticking up out of the ground. I'll just leave these pics here... Feel free to share and tell your friends. Irate is an understatement- I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies.

Worst company that you can hire. The company is very unprofessional from the owner, receptionist, and to the plumbers themselves. The owner was so mad he told us to F off and find another plumber, talked over us when talking about the situation, because there was misunderstandings and the receptionist did not put enough time to fix the plumbing and the gas line, didn't even write the whole service order when talked to her Thursday, even though when I talked to them that Thursday before they came out to do the plumbing underneath the sink and the dishwasher needs to be done plus a gas line to be moved, the receptionist said there should be enough time aloud for your appointment which it wasn't! The owner said the call was recorded and said he was going to pay it back but by that time he already got so mad he was just screaming and said F off and find another plumber, so we never got to hear the recording then hung up on us. I have never been talked to that way. They charge too much. Just to move a gas line was $228. According to them that I did not know what they were coming here to do when I'm the one that made the call to set up the order. When I asked the two plumbers ""you know what you're here for don't you?"" just to see if they received the whole order and they reply ""all I know we are replacing/move a gas line. So the order for the plumbing wasn't told to them. They didn't have any time for the plumbing that needed to be done and he would have to reschedule for next week. Please do not use this company that's all I have to say very unprofessional and if I treated my customers that way I would not be in business very long. I wish I could've given them a -10.
