I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I don't use a home warranty company. They repair all my home and rental issues. They are very nice and reasonable. 90% of the time they have the parts. They have replaced several water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, unclogged drains, and replaced shower valves for me. I have never had a problem With Omar or Sam.

Very unreliable plumber. This guy was scheduled through our home warranty and was supposed to come in tomorrow at 10am. The service appointment has been set for 5 days and now we get an automated message at 8pm rescheduling us for a later date, LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

Very disappointing. We have been without a functioning sink for days and in the midst of moving in between cities.

This place has had a bad reputation on Yelp for being a NO SHOW and UNRELIABLE CONTRACTOR. DO NOT BOTHER BOOKING THEM.

The technician (Omar) showed up took stock of the First American warranty claim and told me he had to wait for authorization to complete the work. No contact was made by Aman plumbing. I called them repeatedly utilizing the number provided, and each time they stated either the warranty authorization was pending, or parts needed to be ordered, and then Sam gave me a date that both he an Omar would arrive for the fixes. I waited at home and no one came. I called Sam and he said Omar would be there first and that he would be there soon after. No one showed. I called their main number which I believe is just Sam's cell number, and Sam just said well this claim wasn't his so I should call Omar directly and that it is out of his hands. Over 30 days later, nothing has happened, except they told the warranty company that they completed the job. So now I have to deal with First American Warranty to get a replacement contractor to do the job ... and First Am keeps you on hold forever as they prefer you to do online warranty claims for $75 per claim. There is no option to reopen the old claim, so wonderful. Aman plumbing wasted my time and continues to waste my time now.

Select home warranty send this low life dude to fix a simple bathroom leak. He came and assess where the leak is coming from and told the warranty his assessment. The warranty approved it and called him twice to make sure he has authorization to go ahead and make repairs. I called this dude maybe 20 times to schedule but he never show up. He keep saying he will come on this days and times but never showed up. I pretty much quit on him our second floor bathroom has been down for 3 months now cuz this dude won't come and fix it. NEGATIVE STAR!!!!!
Trash trash trash trash please don't waste your time with this guy!!!!!

My home warranty company assigned me this plumber. It took three days to fix my problem: a leaky toilet gasket. Day 1 took off work to meet them and they left a card at the door to ""prove"" they were there. I was working in the front room the whole time and never heard anyone or the doorbell during the appointment window. They said they had the wrong cell phone # so couldn't call. Mmm, ok......Then scheduled for the following day at 4pm. I called to ask why nobody had showed up by 4:30 and they said they were stuck in traffic in Oceanside. The appointment was in San Diego. What kind of time management is that?? And this company had said they have local people servicing the jobs when I had originally asked day #1 why a Murrieta company was coming all the way to San Diego. They finally showed up at 5:30 and said that they didn't have the part in their truck to fix the toilet and that it would take a third day of rescheduling. This after I had explained Day 1 what the issue was (toilet leaking from top tank when flushed) and the brand name of the toilet (Kohler). You'd think with that description they'd have brought Kohler gaskets Day 2. Day 3 the 4pm appointment time came and went and again nobody showed up until almost 5. When I called them on it they said the window was 4-6 but then that they were ""doing me a favor"" by coming that late because they don't schedule jobs after 4. Well it wasn't scheduled after 4, it was supposed to have been AT 4. And if that was the case why would you even have a 4-6 time slot? The guy did replace the leaky seal but it was a completely frustrating experience that dragged out over 3 days.

Aman Plumbing (Omar) was assigned by First American Home Warranty to unclog my kitchen sink drain. He used a 3/8"" snake and the problem is worse. Before he showed up, the water drained slowly - now it won't drain at all. I called him to say he made a slow drain worse (no drain) and he said he will check with the home warranty work if he can come back and fix it. I called them and asked for another plumber. I am frustrated that the water drained before he was here and now there is standing water in my sink.

Filed a repair claim w 1st American Home Warranty, & Aman Plumbing was assigned to the job. My toilet started working shortly after filing the claim & I canceled the request more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Over the next 7 (SEVEN!!) months I've received numerous bills & even bills from a collection agency, stating that I had not paid for this service that NEVER happened. This company scams its home warranty customers - BUYER BEWARE.

Had several plumbing issues and my home warranty company sent Aman plumbing out.
One of my issues he said he does not do (don't know why he accepted the job). The other issues were 2 leaky faucets and a leaky bidet. He said he would order the cartridges and be back. Nothing for a couple weeks. I left a message to call me....nothing. Finally I got hold of him and he said the parts have not come in and he will call when they do. After a month and a half I called the warranty company and they said they would contact Aman. Aman sent a text they would be out a few days later......NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED!
Warranty company sent out another plumber who was a complete professional and even told me to call Kohler because the will replace the leaky faucet handles free and they did! Stay away from Aman Plumbing.

Last time they came over they did such a great job with less then hour they replaced my kitchen faucet and they give me a warranty of one month ... thank you guys
