First American Home Warranty assigned this company to my claim. After the intial diagnosis, which as many others have stated took less than 5 minutes, the plumber said he needs to source the part and it could take 10 business days to get it. I understood due to issues right now, this is no problem. Over 30 days pass and I didn't receive any communication regarding the service. 30 days, no communication, that's a month. Couldn't even pick up a phone, spend 30 seconds to tell me there's a delay, or they can't find anyone to do the work. So much time had passed that the warranty company sent me a notification asking if the work had been completed. After a bunch of back and forth the plumber came back out to make the fix during which he then stated that the issue was larger and the wall would need to be cut into and pipes replacing which was not covered by the warranty. This additional diagnosis was also less than 5 minutes.

Immediately after the plumber left and I was processing how a quick fix turned into cutting into walls and I called the warranty company to pause the claim. I went ahead and got a second opinion from a trusted plumber (Bill Howe) who I had previously used outside of warranty. They were able to come out within 2 days, diagnose the issue, find all required parts locally, and fixed the issue without ever having to think about cutting into a wall.
Sounds like Aman Plumbing was trying to squeeze a little more warranty juice or they don't know how to properly diagnose and fix issues, let alone actually communicate. I'm sure most of their calls are warranty related and as such you'll be getting the bottom of the barrel service.

Don't waste your time with this business and if you're assigned them through your warranty company it would behoove you to strongly state you want a different company.

I would never use this company ever again. The only reason I did was because they were contracted by my home warranty company, First American Home Warranty. They showed up, and the technician Omar, spent less than 5 minutes and said that the toilet needs to be replaced and would inform the warranty company of his findings. I spoke with him directly. I waited for days to hear back from the warranty company and no words. I called them and they reassigned them to come back. Aman Plumbing would not call to schedule an appointment. I called them several times and the person answering the phone kept assuring me that he would call me back later or that evening. But never did. I called the warranty company and they said no reports were ever sent. They called them on the phone and he told them the toilet was working when the technician left and they finished the work. Which was basically a lie. I had to pay another plumber to come and fix the toilet. He was able to fix it in 20 minutes and didn't have to replace the toilet either. They're not honest and do a very poor job. I actually canceled my warranty company and hired another because I don't want to deal with Aman Plumbing ever again.

This company was assigned to come out and fix our plumbing from our insurance company. He confirmed a time..changed it twice. We called and called and he never returned our calls and NEVER showed up. Called our own local plumbing company....FAST FORWARD 3 months...another plumbing issue...insurance company assigned a plumber..after this company changed the arrival time 4 times in One day..my lightbulb went off and realized this was the same rude company and cancelled ..told my insurance company to NEVER assign this guy Sam and his company to me ..called a local company and they arrived within 90 minutes...DO NOT EVER USE: AMAN PLUMBING or TELEVIDEO SERVICE!!

This company is contracted with our Home warranty. The plumber was very sloppy. He stood in my shower with his work boots. He disconnected my water softener system. We ordered a lifetime part for our shower. They assured us they will come back and put the part on as soon as it came in. The part arrived on August 31, 2021. They set up a appointment (4 days later) note this was Labor Day weekend September 4, 2021. I call the warranty company to questioned that it was odd for the company to scheduled a plumbing problem so far out in the week. And I would like to check to see if they would be at our home between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The warranty company place me on hold, and got back to me. And stated that they said that they will be out on September 7, 2021. That they do not work on the weekends ( initially when they came out to my home. It was on a Saturday. And he is off on Labor Day. My husband found an appointment confirmation email, stating the date and time. You guess it September 4, 2021. He came by on Saturday and put the part on. I ask him do he have booties, and harshly stated Yes. And I ask him will he put them on before getting into my tub. He still left a mess in the back of my tub. Most plumbers clean up after themselves. Not leave the bathroom dirtier after they depart. And then turn off the cold water. He stated that he would return on the 8th of September 2021. I have never experienced a single service call take over a course of two weeks. Now he is blaming the black gunk coming out the drain on our water softener system that we had serviced prior to making this service call. The original problem is the bedroom shower. I would give this company five 0's if an option was provided. I will be looking for another Warranty company as well. First Choice will have my business if they check out well.

I needed non-emergency toilet repair work. My home warranty company assigned Aman Plumbing. They offered to come out in three days, on Labor Day Monday from 3-5 p.m. Sam from Aman called when the appointment window started. He arrived shortly after and replaced the flush valve in a matter of minutes. Pleased with the repair. Sam was courteous and efficient.

Scheduled service through home warranty. Plumber failed to arrive to two appointments. On the single occasion the plumber did arrive he assessed the issue but failed to make a record or order the necessary part. Company never kept any record of the service request. Difficult to reach the company by telephone. No work was completed.

Was referred to them via my home warranty for a water leak. They said they would call me back yesterday and are now not answering their phone and it it 24 hours later.

We had Omar in our house today to solve a couple of plumbing problems. He has done a great job. He was able to figure out our problems very quick and get them solvent quick. Very professional, very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Issue---leaky shower faucet. Aman service technician failed to communicate delayed timing of initial appointment, did not have the Delta valve necessary to fix and stated he needed to order the part but we never heard from him again. In our follow-up with home warranty folks, who connected us with Aman, learned that Aman stated they did not have skill set to fix our faucet. Inexplicable poor service and lack of communication, lack of timely follow-up. Use another plumber.
