This is the second time this year that I have used Amador Plumbing and both times I have been impressed. Today I called with an emergency leak coming into my basement. They moved around schedules so that they could get to me right away. They were willing to come after hours and once the plumber looked in to my problem it was clear that it was a leaking refrigerator. It was an appliance issue, not a plumbing issue. He still stayed and helped us trouble shoot and gave us advice. When it was time for him to go and we went to pay him he said, ""No charge."" How often does that happen these days?! I hope I don't have anymore plumbing problems but if I do I'll be calling Amador Plumbing.

Had an emergency backup in the toilet and into the tub. By emergency, I mean no toilet or shower and no happy wife! Tommy came out today and cleaned out the main line out rescuing my Sunday so I can have both a happy wife and happy life! Thanks Amador Plumbing!!

I had a water heater explode yesterday and was up to my ankles when I called Amador Plumbing. Serge and Tommy showed up in less than 30 minutes and I had hot water within two hours. I just received a call from my home warranty plumbing company asking which day they wanted me to show up. I was concerned about the emergency price charged and called to complain. Frank took my name, went and researched the situation and called me promptly back to explain all the things they had to do to make it happen so quickly. Now that I understand the story I am convinced they saved me a small fortune. As impressed as I am with the lighting fast service I am equally impressed with Frank's commitment to doing making sure he always has satisfied customers.

Great service! We had a problem where the toilet would not hold water in the tank. Called AP office at 2:40 pm. AP's plumber showed up at 6 and fixed the toilet issue by 6:15! Wow!!! I need a plumber in the future, I know who I'm calling...

I called the Amador County AMADOR PLUMBING (apparently there are two one of which is in the Bay Area somewhere) on Sunday night regarding a pressure tank leak and they responded first thing Monday morning. As with everything in this old house it's ""never one thing"" there's always problems on top of problems. Ron and his partner did a GREAT job removing the old tank and when they found an additional unrelated leak in the wall they fixed it quick and without issue. They were polite and conscientious guys who do great work. Thanks again and I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Good service. I asked Technician Felix to change faucets and he went far beyond that: all the piping and valves were replaced at no extra cost. He returned for minor adjustments and was polite and patient.
I thought at first the quotes were high, but the amount of work Felix had to put makes it reasonable.
