Had a shower with no water pressure and they came out in less than 48 hours. The plumber (Logan) took logical steps to diagnose the problem (which turned out to be more difficult than I imagined). He consistently took the logical, least expensive approach and eventually we had to go into the wall to fix the problem which he was able to do with minimal damage to the wall. His determination to get me fixed up as quickly and cheaply as possible was SO greatly appreciated. In the end it wound up costing me about 1/4 of what I thought it would be.

5+ stars for Michael!! My sister and I were struggling to light the pilot light on the water heater. After hours of trying we finally gave up and started to call around, knowing that we were in trouble since it was the weekend. Michael returned our call promptly and showed up within just a few hours.

As it turned out, the pilot light was in fact on but we just couldn't see it from the angle we were at. Michael could have taken advantage of us and charged us big bucks but he didn't.

If you're looking for an honest, responsive plumber that you can trust, Michael is your man!

The guys showed up at my house without wearing masks, and when they attempted to enter, I requested that they wear masks. One guy put on his mask, and the other stayed at the truck for the remainder of the visit. As for the service itself, I was not impressed with his assessment nor his professionalism. For example, I don't need to be told that fuel prices are the cause for an outrageously high quote.

Our inspector made a mistake and paid for our sink plumbing issue using another company.

This company was sent by my home warranty to look at a possible leak at my house. The guy they sent have no idea how to check for leaks and insisted that my leak is very very small, he concluded my problem wasn't worth fixing because the leak is only one gallon a day. The funny thing is a more experienced plumber diagnosed the leak and found where it was coming from and told me I was actually leaking 1 cubic feet per hour. What a difference, I'll make sure my home warranty never send this company to my house again.

They were able to come the day I called at the time I requested but I was very unhappy that they charged a $90 travel fee with no disclosure. I've used Roto Rooter in the past who travels from Sacramento and charges only a $20 travel fee and the over all fee for the same services was $50 less. I really wanted to support local business but for that price I'll go with an outlying company.
