I hired Amado plumbing to install a downspout in my tub. It was installed but was positioned at an angle. A piece of the tile was chipped and open to the dry wall. I called him back to center and fix the downspout. I asked him to please be careful of my plants since he had to enter from the outside of my outside wall. I told him I wanted to inspect the work but he left very quickly without any communication.
I discovered my plants were destroyed without any communication from him.
I find this treatment and the poor installation of the down spout with a call to come back and fix the problem to be unprofessional with an uncaring attitude of the damage he did to my plants which will not survive his clipping major branches.

I called Amado about the pipes. He showed up and started to point out different things wrong at our house for no reason. Then he overcharged me for fixing something that took five minutes. My husband wasn't home and I think The guy takes advantage of ""single"" women. I knew he was overcharging me but since he showed up very quickly after I called, I saw it as an additional fee. However I would not use him again.

Lyn and his assistant wore face masks and were very friendly and helpful.
I called for a leaking hose bib, but since he was knowledgeable we trusted him and it led to other jobs. Lyn explained exactly what he was doing and why, and he shared his knowledge with us. We're so glad we called his company. Will be using Lyn for any future plumbing issues, and will refer him to others!
