Ivan was great. We have a house under contract and are on a tight timeline to get all inspections done prior to closing. There were 40+ year old pipes under the house that we needed to have inspected with a camera. Ivan was helpful and explained the process over the phone to me and was able to come do the inspection the very next day. He was punctual and professional and I will use his company again should I have any additional plumbing needs.

Called them up because I had a block in my plumbing that was causing issues in the tub and the toilet and they were overflowing. Ivan asked for details on the problem over the phone and gave me a price estimate based on what most likely needed to done. He said he would be at my house within an hour and arrived accordingly. He fixed the problem but I opted to have him also do a camera snake to be 100% sure the issue was resolved (he did not push this service on me, I insisted on it). All is well with the plumbing in my house now! Overall it was a punctual and very professionally handled experience. I'd definitely use this plumber again if I run into problems.
