After getting multiple quotes, I decided to go with AM Royalty Plumbing because their price was within my budget. I needed to get my toilet replaced because there was a crack in the back tank. When the technician came out, he was very professional, completed the job promptly, and was friendly. I recommend this company to those who are looking for great service, work with professionals, and great price! I will definitely work with them in the future.

Absolutely do not trust AM Royalty Plumbing! This is without a doubt the most frustratingly incompetent plumbing company I have ever dealt with in my 37 years on this planet. Allow me to take you step by step through the reasons why you should NEVER hire AM Royalty.

So we recently bought a dishwasher and hired AM Royalty to install it. First, the plumber was supposed to show up on Thursday, but never showed up or called to inform us of a re-schedule. It was only after we contacted the plumber 45 minutes after their time window had expired that he told us, ""Oh sorry, my other job ran long so I won't get to you today."" This is understandable, but why they couldn't call or text us before their arrival window had come and gone is not. At this point, they were supposed to show up Friday morning instead, and the plumber was late AGAIN! When the plumber finally showed up, he connected the dishwasher to the pipes and electrical outlet, but the machine did not work. The plumber stated that it was a faulty machine, that we needed to get it replaced, and unhooked everything so we could get another unit. Then, Frigidaire sent out a technician to inspect and possibly repair the dishwasher. When the technician arrived, he plugged the machine in and ran some hoses, and SURPRISE! The machine worked perfectly! It was the plumber's problem all along. We foolishly gave these perpetually late, no-call no-showing, unprofessionals another chance to fix their mistake and make things right, and called AM Royalty to finish the installation correctly. Admittedly after all these red flags, this was a mistake on my part, I should have cut and run. When we called the plumber who failed to install the dishwasher directly, he said he would get back to us by the end of the day with a date and time to finish the installation. He straight up lied. Never called us back. The next day we called the plumber's boss, and he promised to call us back within an hour. He also straight up lied about that. It has now been three business days and at least five phone calls since they promised us that they would schedule our installation, and we're still stuck with a dishwasher that is not hooked up.

Spare yourself the headache and hire someone else. I really don't like leaving bad reviews for any type of business, I try to be understanding that life can happen and offer people the chance to fix their mistakes, but this is beyond ridiculous. I will be contracting a different company to finally complete the installation, and it will be a plumber that understands how to do plumbing and is capable of using a calendar. AM Royalty is clearly unqualified to do either.

First of all, has anyone tried getting a plumber at 3 pm on a Friday?? Good luck!! Needed a toilet water shut off valve replaced. After 10 calls around the corona area, called AM Royalty and they were the only ones who said yes and didn't gouge the price!! I will utilize this company from now on and highly recommend them!!

Called for a commercial angle stop repair. AM Royalty responding quickly. When the technician arrived, he completed the repair in a timely manner without disruption to the business. Needless to say, I've added them to as our preferred plumbing vendor! Thanks Al & Chris!

I needed help with plumbing on an ADU. The 1st company called out never completed the job and left a mess. Then I came across AM Royalty and thank goodness I did. He came out and gave us an estimate. Then completed the job in the scheduled time! I am amazed how professional he was and how timely everything got completed. AM royalty are now my go to for my plumbing needs. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
