Dar was awesome. He diagnosed quickly and took the time to show and explain the problem. He was fast. , competent , very professional, and very fast. I would definitely use him again. He actually made the experience enjoyable.

Dax was great and reasonably priced! I had to call him to my house i just recently purchased a few months ago. The previous owner did not maintain any of the plumbing in th house. I needed a few valves replaced after flooding my kitchen, and he came out within an hour and replaced them. A few days later, i went to shut off the main water valve to replace the faucet in my kitchen sink, and realized that my main valve was leaking. I called Dax again, and again he came out and replaced the main valve for me.
He was very responsive and respectful. I will be using him for more of my plumbing needs in the future and would highly recommend Dax and ampm plumbing!

Dax and AmPm Plumbing are crooks who lie and take advantage of people! I had a pipe burst with the freezing temps and flood my finished basement. After calling a few plumbers who couldn't come right away, I got ahold of AmPm and they said they could come within an hour. They wouldn't quote me any sort of price - just said they would let me know once they got there. I was desperate so I agreed. They came out, told me they would fix the problem with the pipe for $350. I said ok and then left to work on getting the water mitigation company going. When I came back, they were saying it was ""too hard to get to the pipe"" and they would need to cut more holes in the wall to fix it. I said fine - do what you need to do, it needs to get fixed! In the end, all they did was cut the piece of frozen pipe out and cap it off - so the pipes were no longer usable! I had another, legitimate plumber come out the next day and actually fix the problem for only $300. He looked at their work and said it looked like a hack job, completely unprofessional, and was a $10 fix. So I paid them $350 for a $10 bandaid and had to pay another $300 to actually get the pipe fixed. I tried to offer them less payment since they did not do the job quoted, but Dax threatened to place a lien on my house. Didn't want to mess with it but I will NEVER use these guys again and would advise everyone to avoid them like the plague unless you have money to just waste!!!!

I have previously worked with Dax and had a good experience. However, my recent experience was not positive. Dax determined there to be an issue with my sewer line, most likely under the street. Thus, I would need excavation work. He advised me I could work through him and he'd call around to some excavation companies. He called First Rate excavation and told me the total would be 13-14k and to write the check out to am/pm plumbing. That amount seemed high so I called First Rate to inquire on the cost of their services. I was told the project would be 8-9k and at most, 11k. The work was just completed and my total is $9500 after taxes. I felt like Dax was trying to make money off of me and it is a warning to anyone looking to do business with AM/PM plumbing.

Would not recommend this plumbing company to anyone. Had them come out with what we thought were frozen pipes, only to be told by Dax, the owner, that our water heater was shot. Long story short he said he
could get us a new h20 heater, install it and frozen pipe repair for 2,662.00. Cash only. But after we paid him he wouldn't give us a receipt!! He said he had given us one. Lie. After several more excuses and 1 week later he gave us a receipt!! His work was less than substandard. What kind of plumber asks you if you have a hairdryer he could use? Dax, the owner, guaranteed that the pipes he put in inside the house would not freeze . But they did freeze. Again and again. He left us hanging and we had to call a REAL plumber and was told that the work that was done was very shoddy.

Called on the 4th of July thinking I was going to have to endure the stench of our sewer uplift tank that decided to fill overnight until at least after the holiday. They came within two hours and diagnosed and fixed the problem...a new pump was needed as well as some cleaning and disinfecting as they had to seal the sump before leaving. They were thorough, went above and beyond with the cleaning and disinfecting, and were overall very pleasant in an unpleasant situation. Saved us and our house guests over the holiday from having to check into a hotel. Thanks AM/PM! Great Job.

let me tell you about this company. they are fan-tastic!!! i had a previous plumbing company come out and fix my water heater within a month and a half it died again. when the guy from the other plumbing company, not saying names but starts with a w, he said without seeing it, i would have to replace it and that they wouldn't give me a discount on the amount i already paid them for the ""fix"" a month and a half ago. i decided to find someone else. found am/pm and they were the best. not only did i not have to replace the entire water heater just replace a coupler which is what the w company did a month prior. plus it took him 1/10th of the time that the first company took. this really is a great company and so reasonably priced and completely hardworking and honest. never again w.... always am/pm!!!!!!
