I cannot say enough great things about this company. I was referred to them for a plumbing issue in my attic. So thankful for this referral. The office person called me back right away and set up an appointment. They called me prior to coming out (I asked they did this so I could run some errands). They came out and assessed my ""issue"". They came the next day took care of my problem. When they entered my house they made sure to put shoe covers on to keep my house clean. Great service. I would definitely use them again.

This is my second review because I was so impressed with Brian at AM/PM Plumbing the first time I had him out that when I had 2 more (unrelated to the first call) plumbing problems, in 2 homes, I had no hesitation in calling on Brian for help. I just can't speak highly enough of this plumber.

As before, Brian was EXTREMELY helpful and fixed the problem at a very inexpensive cost. He is a great diagnostician -- in both cases, the problem was found immediately and he fixed them just as fast.

I really like that he is always on time, wears protective foot gear over his shoes, is genuinely interested in finding the real problem, is a quick diagnostician, fixes the problem and anything related, explains everything and answers questions very patiently, and is just a very nice guy with a great attitude and superb knowledge. He's fast, talented, and extremely fair and inexpensive with his pricing. I will definitely call on him again if needed.

Shane is great to work with. He is honest and a straight shooter. I have had him back several times and he only charges for what work is done.
You need to give them about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks notice to get on the schedule for ""regular"" issues. They will come out in a hurry if needed for emergencies though.

Plumbing is never something someone really wants to have done.. So making the process, smooth and fast is the most desirable situation you can be in!
And all I know is that you should not try plumbing on your own, and just call a profeshional.. You could make a very little problem a big one quick!
I know this from experience. AM PM Plumbing is really good about getting back to you and getting out to your place to give you a quote on things! They also don't charge you for coming out and checking something out.
I have used them multiple times, and they work hard and fast and do a really good job!
Sometimes they are so busy they seem to be running in and out the door before you can chat about what the issue was, but as long as it's fixed I guess I don't really care!
I dig how they put shoe covers on their feet before coming inside and I like how they can replace a garbage disposal in about 5 minutes!
They have also fixed shower heads, and put in new sinks for me.. All and all they work hard, fast, and get the job done and are more affordable then some!

Spent a month getting their estimate, scheduling a date, paid my deposit which was HALF the job despite low materials costs. They bailed on the project a week before. Their estimate was a vague 3 liner with no details even after asking for clarification. There was no interoffice coordination/communication. Their excuse was they didn't have the manpower, I would think they should know this prior to placing a bid and scheduling a date. The plumber who would actually do the work was very nice and knowledgeable but the rest of his office thwarted his efforts. This put my project back an entire month and they just say ""sorry"".

$270 and two trips to replace a simple shower cartridge. $85 of the labor was for a second trip lasting 10 minutes to install the basic cartridge they didn't stock. I called the owner to complain and have that second ""hour"" deducted, but all he did was make excuses about inventory and how he has to pay his guys and so forth. Only after threatening to post an honest review on Yelp did he yield and agree to deduct one half hour of labor. After my amazing experience today with a competitor fixing a different issue, this review is getting posted anyway. I recommend you select a different service provider for your plumbing needs.
