Recommended Customer Reviews

I would not recommend to use AMPM Plumbing Company for the following reason: I contacted Steve from AMPM Plumbing, and he set up an appointment for the next day. I was waiting for him for about an hour, but he did not show up. When I tried to contact him, he did not pick up a phone and did not respond to numerous text messages. Regardless the website phone number was listed as an EMERGENCY no one responded as well. In an hour Steve picks up a phone, and said he is having a car problem and he will try to call his guy to take care. When I said I was waiting for an hour he said: """"You know what, find somebody else"""" and hang up on me. It was very rude and unprofessional; I took my time off for this appointment, and I just lost this time in the vain; has to reschedule for next day with another company.

Wow, these guys are amazing! They were professional, fast and best of all, more affordable than their competition. I will use them from now on. John

Gary is just a good guy to work with. He did a job on my shower and that was three years ago... Still no relapse of the problem. I would call Gary again the next time there was a plumbing issue I could not solve here at my home.

I have used Am/Pm, Gary and his team for an assortment of jobs in Cobb, Atlanta and Gwinnett ranging from sewer line replacements, to hot water heater installs, to toilet repairs and Dishwasher installations. His team is on time, and is usually fairly flexible with my busy schedule. As the housing market has rebounded it seems most tradesmen, for the most part, have become less reliable and more expensive. Thus far AM/PM remains a solid partner to my business.

I don't like to leave bad reviews for people who are working trying to make a living. But this was really bad. First the good- I can say they showed up in time and seemed nice. The lady on the phone was very nice as well. But... that's about it.... The first guys they sent misdiagnosed the problem which was about water running down our drywall. They were dismissive when I pointed out it may not be what they thought - didn't really explore. (They also gave me a certain price and when I had them talk to our home warranty agent, they gave her 20% less immediately. ) When I saw the problem wasn't fixed- I called and they sent someone else who was able to correctly diagnose the problem. He asked for a little more money to fix it pointing out he had to buy materials etc,I agreed hoping this time it would be fixed for good. Told me he'd change the faucet and caulk the tub. (I should have talked to the owner myself. I was being an idiot, now I know) I left ,my husband was home. And when I got back I saw he had only changed the handle of the faucet, not where the leak was. So there was still a leak and no caulking of the tub. He took the money and left! Called the business. All they did was have the same plumber call us back. We did not want to deal with him anymore so we let it go. But essentially wasted our money.
