they will pull out a what they call a leak detector and use it without telling you that it will cost you 175.00 .when they come the call should be free ,there price is higher then other plumbing company's . and they will tell you anything to try and get your buisness right then and there .so beware of a them. they saw a senior and took advantage of it .

I have an older ranch home that has needed quite a few repairs, mostly upgrades to an old home. Am Pm Plumbing is who I trust! I've been using them for 3 years. They are always willing to come out the same day, they explain the issue in detail, and give a choice of options. Jose of AM-PM Plumbing, not only does a great job, but he is very reasonable and maybe most importantly, he has integrity. I contacted three companies via email and asked for a 'ballpark' figure of how much it would cost to convert our bathtub to a shower. He was the only one who would 'go there.' The other two insisted that they had to come to our home and see the job first. I wanted a ballpark figure to find out if a conversion was affordable before having a salesperson come to my home. His estimate seemed very reasonable and I was convinced that we could most likely follow through with this project.

I had Jose come to see the job as well as a representative from another company. When setting up an appointment with the third company, I was informed that they did not service my area when I gave them my address.
After seeing the job, Jose's official estimate was almost exactly the same as his ballpark estimate. I was impressed! On the other hand, the other salesman's estimate was three times higher than Jose's. Needless to say, I selected AM-PM plumbing to do the job and I wasn't sorry.

Jose did whatever he said he was going to do... if he said he would arrive at 9 a.m., not only did he consistently show up but he was on time. He explained the process he was going to use and that's what we got and I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER.

Having to hire a contractor or plumber is always a stressful ordeal. It could be an emergency, maintenance or a remodel. We called Jose because we were doing a complete bathroom remodel. His quote was very fair and his work is impeccable. He goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable. I even asked him about why my water bill would be so high, he took some time to explain what a ""normal"" should be and did a quick check to see if there was a leak I didn't know about. We were so impressed we asked him to service our rental. He spent time to ensure that everything was in working order and let us know what needed to be fixed and the cost. He is very honest and will not try to up sell anything. If you are need of a plumber Jose and Jonathan are your guys. They are honest, trustworthy and do the best work. Give them a call, They may be busy but this is the plumber you want for your plumbing project and needs.

Jose, the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. An extremely nice gentleman that showcases the upmost professionalism.
