If I could give negative stars I would. I had 2 separate work orders submitted through AHS for a leaking shower, the first time the plumber came out & said they submitted the job to the warranty company for approval... instead they marked it as completed (zero work was done. I'm assuming they wanted a quick and free paycheck from my warranty company). To my surprise, this happened on a second occasion when another work order was assigned to complete the first. Not to mention, this phone # rings to someone by the name of ""Trish"" and she will not answer or return calls. According to both plumbers she sent out after AHS contacted her she the one that holds all the power. If you want your job ACTUALLY completed RUN as fast as you can to another company!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst plumbing company ever. Stay away they are scam artist. They are deceitful and dishonest. Use them for American home shield and they lie to American home shield saying I needed a bunch of rework and no rework was needed they were just trying to pump their bill. if I wasn't a licensed contractor they would have me over barrel just like they do with many other people and they would have paid the extra money. they are double dipping they are trying to get paid from American home shield and lie about any repairs that might have to be done. Stay away horrible company!!!

This is the worst company! They never answer their phone. They did not fix the problem and refuse to come back and fix. American Home Shield warranty assigned them, huge mistake!!! I am so frustrated! Do not use this company.

These guys came through for me. They were on time both initially, and for the work order. Liam told me what needed to be fixed with different options for me to choose. He explained everything in depth. William fixed the problem. He was fast, and professional. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job that was serviced!

Didn't not have a clue. They we subcontracted from my Home Warranty Company took them 3 visits to fix a leaking sink faucet and a garbage disposal. They didn't clean the calcium build up from where they replaced the sink faucet either looked terrible. Faucet had a lifetime warranty shame on this company for not making it atleast look nice when they were finished. Never answered the phone when I attempted to call them could only get emails back from them. Steer clear of h Thank You is one.

Would give 0 if that was an option. First off you will notice they never answer their phone, but rather let it ring through so you leave a message and they will call back. The reason is, they have so many irate customers, they screen their calls so they don't have to confront their lack of customer service 24/7.
We were assigned AM/PM as a plumbing provider to replace a hot water heater under an American Home Shield Warranty. We were charged $75, they came out, assessed that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. My husband is a general contractor who is knowledgeable in all trades including plumbing. They said this would be a simple install, and they would deliver the unit in 2 days and install in the morning. Shouldn't take long. Said everything was there they needed.
A day later, we get an email from American Home Shield saying that we will need to pay $694 to AM/PM for ""modifications"" in order for us to get our free hot water heater replacement. Note that the warranty covers equipment and installation and up to $250 in code upgrades.
But this $694 is for ""modifications"" that are not covered by the warranty plan. We of course asked for a list of these ""modifications"" and they would not provide this list. We called repeatedly to discuss their list of modifications, which they would not discuss. We were hung up on, laughed at and basically ignored so they would not be held accountable for the fraudulent charges they were attempting to stick us with.
In addition, they offered to send a buddy of theirs in the ""remediation"" business to assist us. This remediation business quoted us $1250 to tear out a 2x2 ft hot water heater base. They were pushing for our homeowner's insurance information and we asked them to leave.
This company exists to scam people out of money in partnership with AHS, and they have no intention of conducting a professional business. Steer clear and keep your money in your pocket with this scam artist company.

We had a faucet leak, a bad one. We were advised to purchase the hardware ourselves and it would be cheaper. We did that and called and told them we were ready to have it installed as the leaking was worse.
They said it would be a week before they would be able to do the job. We told them it was urgent. The lady who took the call, Trish, was rude and did not care. We called again the next day and argued with her as the baseboards under the sink were being ruined. She said, ok, they would come out Sunday morning between 10-12:00. We agreed, as it was two days sooner than previously scheduled. Sunday they called and said they were on their way, but never showed up. They left a text msg stating followup would be necessary and they would be in touch. We tried calling, but all we got was an abrupt voice mail and no response. Our baseboards are ruined now and the leaking continues, can't use my dishwasher, etc.... Very displeased! I don't think Trish ever planned to come out on Sunday.

We were assigned AM PM Plumbing through our warrantee company. Our water heater broke. They were fast, friendly and seemed honest. Our technician even showed up early both times. Easy experience.

Young man came to my home and fixed the problem promptly. He was careful to analyze the installation and explain to me the problem created when the home was built, and a suggestion for how to prevent another event in the future. Very pleased.

Gotta tell you, dealing with American Home Shield and any of their vendors is like flipping a coin. Heads I win, tails please shoot me and put me out of my misery.
This time it was heads I win and I gotta tell you I was surprised after reading all the reviews after Am Pm was assigned to my job.
Douglas called and asked if he could come out a few hours early. I said sure (let's get this over with quickly so I can call some one who cares)
Douglas arrived, looked over the situation, snaked out the kitchen drain, ran the faucet for 5 minutes to make sure everything was draining correctly cleaned up, packed up and left. Mission complete. No muss no fuss.
AM PM Douglas has moved to the top of my list for preferred plumbers.
Plus Douglas humored this old retired guy as I told him stories from when I worked in the junkyard for 38 years.
