This was the worst service in my life. Employed by my warranty company. No call no show twice. They did damage to my home when they removed my water heater. They broke an angel I had on my patio. They never said a word and left. When I tried calling they would not answer the phone or return my phone calls. I ended up paying out of my own pocket for the damage they caused and it wasn't cheap.

AM PM Plumbing company was selected by American Home Shield to come out and replace a hot water heater that had gone out, it actually still had 3 years warranty left on it. Our claim to AHS was denied because the technician Brian that came out claimed several modifications needed to be done to install the new water heater, copper pipes etc. to a tune $495.00 which is ridiculous because our home isn't even 5 years old yet. Everything is just as it should be to install a replacement water heater. AHS didn't even question it and preferred to except loosing a customer than to assign it to an HONEST plumbing company. Stay away from this company.
Apparently AHS doesn't have a problem hiring companies with an F BBB rating to assist their so called clients.

Why is this company in business at all and not in jail for fraud and theft. They tore my home up and left it in shambles, literally. Dry wall all over the place and its dust. Parts never put back, broken pipes they broke and then denied it all to the home service. Unbelievably incompetent. I wish I knew of this site before they sent them as I would have avoided them. The details of some of these posts are similar to mine!!!!!! I'm appalled they are not paying people back and fixing their work!!

Terrible! Scheduled to come out on Thursday between 12p and 2p, no show, no call, and no answer when called. This is through a home warranty so they asked if we could reschedule. After speaking with Trish on Friday, she apologized and rescheduled for Saturday between 12p and 2p. No show, no call, and no answer. Terrible service and terrible communication. Good luck! I'm giving 1 star because it won't let me do zero.

Absolute WORST PLUMBER I've ever
Worked with. Home warranty used them to repair my hot water heater. They showed up said it needed a part and I never heard from them again. I contacted manufacturer myself to find out ampm plumbing never even ordered the part they said they did. I will never use or recommend. I think they are a scam, they collect from home warranty and then never complete the job. I was able to reset my water heater over the phone myself, something I had PAID that plumber to do. AND manufacturer sent me new part just in case this happens again. Goes to show AMPM plumbing really didn't do anything expect collect from home warranty with no intention of doing the work. They strung me along for a month!

American home Shield Sent these guys out. Tech gave false info to AHS so that our claim was denied for a Sewage Ejector. Trash. Do not even think of using this company.

ZERO STARS: This company is absolutely unprofessional. Made an appointment but this company never even showed up. They didn't even have the professionalism to even give us a call. I took the day off work for them and tried calling their office only to get their voicemail and a ridiculous message stating if you are calling after 3pm we will call you back tomorrow!!! What is was only 230pm. Tomorrow, What about the day you were suppose to be at your appt. your website states your open until 11pm. You should not have a name like am/pm plumbing if your only open until 3pm. DONT USE THIS COMPANY GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Owner tore my house apart for no reason at all then broke my fixtures and handle outside. Had someone else come out and all the torn up walls and damage was not necessary. Owner never would return calls or offer fix. Are you kidding me. Jerks

I have American home shield and when my toilet hose burst open they contacted AM/PM plumbing to fix it. They fixed it and then illegally gave my information to Adams restoration. Adams contacted me claiming to be from the insurance agency and came to my house talking about cutting up walls and tarring up baseboards because of all the water. I stopped them and did contact my homeowner insurance who told me that these two companies have done this before. By the way the homeowner insurance appraiser came the following day and there was no water to be found. I'm out $$$$$

My experience with this company has been terrible. My water heater went out and this is the company my home warranty set up. They responded quick to them and came out quick but it all went downhill from there. After coming out I didn't hear from them for three days. I heard back from my warranty company after two saying they just got an approval request in that day and that a replacement was approved, although I would have to pay for modifications that the plumbing company said were needed. I kept calling the plumbing company but they never responded. I finally heard from them after three days. I asked about the $513 modifications as my home is newer and couldn't figure out why I would need them and the lady told me that they charge ALL home warranty customers that amount. I felt trapped using this company because I needed my water heater fixed so I scheduled an appointment. They never showed up. I kept calling and never heard back. Our home warranty company called them and never heard back. All of us sudden, out of the blue today, a tech calls saying he is about 20 minutes away. No thanks, we won't do business with you. What a terrible company!
