Let me start by saying the technician by the name of Pete saved the day. The first technician came out ant installed my water heater. I was charge $675.00 for modifications which was less than a $200.00 job. The first technician did not use any teflon tape on the fitting, used the original gas line (Trish the office manager stated that they had to use all new line for warranty purposed. The first tech after he improperly installed the water heater was demanding payment from my daughter (which it is all on my Ring Camera). The first tech did not have a long enough vent pipe so he used a short one which caused him to install the water heater against the wall without any room behind or to the side of the water heater. This company needs to stop there deceptive practices. This company was dispatched through AHS (American Home Shield) and I have spoken with supervision regarding this companies practices. Another concern/issue with this company is communication. In the beginning I was about to speak with Trish and she may be the office manager. After I started informing her of the work that was done, she no longer answer her phone or text messages. If you read this and are referred to this company; ""READ ALL REVIEWS,"" before making your decision. Pete is the only reason I did not say this company would get less than One Star Review!. Pete you get a five plus and teach your craft to others in the shop. As for the communication. Trish answer and respond to customers, AM/PM can turn these negative reviews into positive one. I hope the owners of this company reads these reviews. I noticed that other companies list their addresses on the website and there is no address for AM/PM Plumbing?

P.S. Its been 11 days and the check I gave them has not been cashed!

Had am pm plumbing called out by American home shield warranty after my water heater went out. Am/pm said it would be $674 for modifications to the hot water heater, but the heater and labor were included. I thought modifications would be bringing the water heater to code. Putting in a pan with a new drain line and strapping it to the wall. The way the technician put it, it would be. NO, it was to replace 2 water lines on top of the water heater that weren't bad(Home Depot $19.99 each) and a copper pipe on the side. I even told the technician it was a scam, and he didn't deny it and said it's a copay. Now American Home Shield made me use this company, but $674 for 10 minutes and $50 in parts is a true scam. They didn't even let me keep the old copper fitting.

We had an appointment with them today and they did not show up. AHS sent them to come to the house and they didn't show up. The service was abysmal as they don't even answer their phone. There is negative value to this company because they do not provide any value at all and take time away from a valid plumber who is reliable and will resolve the issue. Meanwhile we are without hot water another day (going on 5 now). We paid $875 for the warranty and AHS is reluctant to send us another company. I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely no value in this company whatsoever.
