We just had our furnace and a/c installed 8/10/2021. We were very happy with the service and promptness. It actually got to 89 degrees in the house, and once it was installed it cooled very fast. It was nice to find some one so close to home and we thought the price was very good.

Initially quick response time, but don't let that fool you. We called them out on a Saturday to address our Central Air not turning on. We asked him to diagnose the problem & if it was going to be more then a couple hundred dollars, we would go through our warranty company to get it fixed. He diagnosed the problem as condensation on the blower & circuit panels which shorted them out. He said he would call with prices for the parts. We paid him $260 for this initial service call. After a few days and no response, I called him to see if he had parts. They were cheap enough so I said to go ahead. After about another week of no response, and several calls letter we scheduled a time for him to come do the repair. He showed up about 30 minutes late but went right to work. After about an hour and a half, he came down & said that they did not realize there was a second board that needed replaced behind the first one and he was going to have to call ""his tech"" to get this part ordered also. Another week goes by. No response. Finally get a hold of him and he says they no longer make parts for our unit & he can price us to replace the entire unit. Soo how did he get the first part? A month later in the hottest part of the year and still no working air. I informed him that as per our original conversation I would have to go through the home warranty company if the whole thing needed repaired but to please get me a quote. He also stated from the beginning that he worked with my warranty company so I didn't think there would be any problems. Another month has gone by and no quote or follow up from this company. I called my home warranty company to send another company out. Guess what, he left the unit in my attic in literal pieces, electrical wiring exposed and pieces are missing. They will not cover any repairs on my unit because of the state that he left it in and are unable to even see if they can order the parts as they are not with the unit. Run from this guy. When you do get a hold of him, it always seems like you are bothering him and he seems to have a hard time with straight answers. Now it is literally going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix the mess that he left.

Paul and Cindy installed our new high efficiency furnace an air conditioner little over two years ago. Paul actually recommended the unit he installed and was close to the one we had researched.

The install took most of the day and Paul made sure we were familiar with the unit before he left. The unit has been great for the last two and some years only needing repair when mice decided to move into the control center of the outdoor unit. Each of the two times that a mouse had eaten off the insulation of a wire and shorted the unit out I called Cindy and asked if Paul could make it by to repair the unit. Paul was out on an install that morning but she said he would make it by the end of the day. Paul made it at 11:00 PM and had out unit up and running before another hit and humid day in Chicagoland.

I called on a Saturday morning for a heat problem. He was at my house within 45 minutes. Very quick response and so far, I have had no problems with the troubleshooting he performed. Would recommend this company.

Paul from AM-PM always comes out quickly when we need something done. Very friendly, tells you what's going on and what he needs to do. Exceptional service every time. I highly recommend them for both heating and cooling!

They came out right away on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. We had several issues which he took care of promptly. One was an electrical issue, and could have caused a fire. They're work was not inexpensive, but I'm happy to pay for a job done right. Our neighbor who is a retired electrician also used them and recommended them to us. I would definitely use them again.
