AM/PM are really the best. Plumbing problems, snake a line, run a camera down a line to see the problem, they have you covered.
I have had a 8 unit apartment in Sparks for almost 30 years,

Sam does them all, really fair prices, and quality work.
They are one of those businesses that you do not have to ask what this repair will cost? They just explain it, and then fix it, and then give you a very fair bill for their work. You don't have to worry about getting a bad repair or a bill, they will just do it and do it right and treat you like you were family! No worries with doing business with them, Ever!

I had a really good experience with Am Pm Discount Plumbing & Drains. Since I'd moved into my new house I'd been having a toilet issue. Had to be plunged every time I had to use it. Didn't really work as a toilet. Problem.

My property manager recommended Am Pm so I gave them a call. The guy said he could come out the next day and fix it. Quick service, I like it. He called to coordinate in an organized, timely way & showed up in his truck.

Apparently my toilet and sink problem was an even bigger issue then I had thought given how long it took, tree roots, and how much equipment had to be brought in. Sam the plumber was excellent. He was super sweet and nice, and got the job done.

My toilet now works great and the whole experience was so easy and chill. All the stars.

Very incompetent plumber. I got a frozen burst pipe about little over a year ago. That evening around 700PM, He spent about 5 minutes looking around and told me I had a broken pipe behind the wall that he won't fix it and advise me to call a different plumber next day! First of all, I knew I had a burst water pipe behind the wall I didn't need him to tell me this! Guess what next, he charged me for one hour at the weekend rate! I felt like I really had been cheated by this guy.

Sam came out when our real estate group would not do anything about a smell in our master bath that was closing air ways down. Sam knew exactly what the problem was when I described the smell and when it's bad. He came over identified the smell was sewage and had it fixed in 20 mins. Then had me call couple days later to ensure he did the job perfectly, which he did. He could have gouged us as many others tried to, but he was so reasonable, quick, and experienced. If I ever have any plumbing problems he will be the only one I call.

Sam was AMAZING!! 2 other plumbers told me my sewer line was a lost cause, and even collapsed. Sam got in there and spent time and considerable skill and got me working again. He gave me all sorts of great advice on how to maintain things. He is my guy!! I would recommend him to anyone.
