You've found your plumber, no need to look any further!! I had them come out to install a gas line for our new stove. They were the most knowledgeable and beat everyone else's price. Then we had them replace the shut off valves under the kitchen sink and redo the drain for the new sink. Then I needed some further help and Luis just walked me through it over the phone instead of charging me for a guy to come out. Just call them to come out and you'll see for yourself.

I have used them several times to work on both my house and rental property. The last time at my rental property I was charged for multiple trips to get supplies. They charged 3 hours labor to fix an outside hose bib. In addition, the tenants pointed out a problem with a shower leaking and how they tried to fix it and were told by the plumber "that's what I would have done". He didn't attempt to fix the dripping shower. When I called to dispute the bill, the owner, Mary, didn't return my message for a week until I called her back. She also raised her voice at me and was very argumentative when I mentioned feeling taken advantage of as a landlord. I was asking for some of the hourly charge to be taken off (so I can pay the new service call for the shower) or someone to go back and fix the problem with the shower. The owner admitted to multiple mistakes by the young plumber that came out. I got a call back from them a few days later where they told me to forget the bill but then told me to find another plumber. Extremely unprofessional.

I was in the process of selling my home when a hydro static test failed on my plumbing. With the closing date nearing and time running out, AM plumbing was able to squeeze us in to their scheduling and get us fixed up.

They were able to successfully remove the damaged drain line and install new pvc in a couple if hours. They were able to do the repair and test the lines again all within a day. Theyre pricing was the more reasonable of all of the plumbing companies that had come out.

Can i mention the customer service over the phone? With things getting hectic, the lady on the phones was able to give me full 5 star service and make the entire selling process less painful. She was able to provide me with everything i was being asked for from the buyer, and almost instantaneously so we were able to prevent the close date from extending.

Did not have any time to fix the water main on Sun when it broke. Got s call from Desmond Great guy!! Called them Monday morning, he came out by noon, fixed it and was very nice and courteous.

Recently we used AM Plumbing to scope our mother's home's drain lines as they were intermittently clogging. Additionally we had them pull and reset a toilet, which became a rather nasty and somewhat challenging fix. Both projects were done efficiently and professionally. The communication from AM Plumbing was excellent, with email reminders, texts and telephone calls so we were never left wondering when someone was going to show up. As a former contractor I could not have been more pleased with their services. Thanks Brian, Nick and AM Plumbing!

I had them come for a shower and toilet that was running. They sent Desmond. He was unable to fix the issue and actually made it way worse for both the toilet and shower. The company still made me pay and said sometimes it just happens. Well I ended up fixing both issues myself in less than 30 min not counting drive time to get the parts. In my journey to find the parts I started at the same supply store they use. I had the broken shower stems in my hand and they had no idea what it was. Which means Desmond knowingly tried to make the wrong size stem work which could of caused a serious problem. I ended up going to Day's hardware and they helped me find the right part and I fixed the shower leak no problem. They also failed to fix the toilet. I ended up looking at the diagram and figured out how to fix the problem which took me 30 seconds to fix. Desmond is either lazy, stupid or both because I figured out how to fix both issues drove to get the parts and fixed both problems in less than 2 hours and I knew nothing about plumbing earlier today. If you can't fix something then fine... it's just unprofessional to charge to make things worse

They got the plumbing job done and in a timely manner, however, at least one of the two gentlemen that came stank of cigarette smoke and the smell lingered in the house after he left, it was that strong. They also did not introduce themselves when we answered the door, all they said was "We were told you have a blockage." We were never told their names and while it was obvious they worked for AM Plumbing they did not tell us that. They also were very abrupt and a little rude. So as far as getting the job done and cost of job they are great, but they are not polite or personable at all.

We called to get a quote on moving some plumbing in a 1/2 bath and the scheduler said she wouldn't schedule us if we were calling other plumbers. I was shocked!! The whole point of getting a quote is to compare to other companies and to get a great value+service. We've used them in the past and loved their crew but the scheduler was so rude that we will take our business elsewhere. VERY VERY RUDE SCHEDULER NEVER AGAIN AND WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW IF ASKED
