We were so disappointed with this company. We asked them to wait before replacing one temporary fix with another. Against our explicit requests, they did it anyway and then proceeded to tell us that we weren't a licensed plumber so we didn't know what we were talking about. We did not want a joint under the slab - no one needs to be a licensed plumber to know that's a potential problem in the future. We were willing to work with them to correct this and do some additional work but the patronizing attitude coupled the poor work prevented this.

I requested an estimate on a project. The owner, Luis, was able to come the same day to give me a quote. I was impressed his quote was "not to exceed" the quoted price. His team, Lane and Brian were able to come the same week to perform the work. Although they ran into a snag, causing unexpected work, they did not try to increase the cost. In fact, they even replaced some lines on my hot water heater for no charge. They live up to their motto, "It's the little things we do." I will be calling them again for plumbing work on some remodeling. They are definitely our go to plumbers.

I was looking for a plumber that I had used in the past and couldn't find them so I checked Yelp and the ratings led me to AM Plumbing. They put me on the waiting list for the day and ended up calling in the early afternoon to come out and fix our problems. They stuck to the original quote even though they ended up doing slightly more than originally planned.

Second time using A&M Plumbing and they did a great job again. They will always be my plumbers for now on. They replaced a hose bibb to my outdoors faucet which was installed wrong when house was built. They replaced it quickly and was very helpful.

These guys are great. They are courteous, professional and very fairly priced. Have used them four times now since living in Denton county and every time I am impressed with their work ethics and honesty. Most recently, Ray and Bobby came out and they were very thorough, making sure everything was in proper working order while being mindful of my time and the hourly cost.
