The plumber Alex is super nice guy. I was referred by a friend of mine. Called him on a Sunday morning to leave a message to get an appointment for Monday or Tuesday he came over about 25 mins later I was impressed on that alone. I had a banging noise in the wall when turning on the water in the shower. Another plumber quoted me $925 to open the wall and investigate the pipes. So I figured it was time to call for a 2nd opinion. Not that $925 is the end of the world but it is still worth another estimate. So Alex showed up took the face plate off the valve and told me it was a $40 plastic part causing the problem. He went to Home Depot and 1 hour later no noise the value turns like the crown on a Rolex now. Thank you Alex for your help. Nice to meet an honest guy!!!!

After calling many businesses to check out the leak on my outdoor faucet in my front yard, Alex was a perfect match. He answered all my questions briefly and gave me a reasonable price to replace my hose bibb and replacing pvc with copper. Now I am happy there are no more leaks from the faucet. Very helpful, time efficient, honest, and just plain awesome.
I sent a message after 8pm last night & he was here before 8:30 this morning.
We had water with yucky stuff coming up out of the bathtub & shower, toilets didn't want to flush, and a clogged kitchen sink.
Alex explained what was going on & attempted to clear the pipes from the side of the house...no luck. He searched our yard, front and back, for another pipe to snake...no luck, apparently the builder didn't put the proper size ends on all of the plumbing for the house!
Alex was kind enough to move the washing machine and attempt to snake the pipes from the washing machine drain pipe. SUCCESS!! He got through the clog & the drains work again, the toilets flush again...and I can literally feel the stress leaving my body!
Definitely will call him again if anything comes up (literally & figuratively) in the future.

Tim had a very fast response and didn't mind giving a quote via text. Alex showed up next day at 10am and trouble shot our existing problem. New faucet, air gap and install. Thanks for taking our old dishwasher too! I'll leave an update later when they are finished!

Alex was working (I believe on contract) for Big John's plumbing at the time he showed up to our house to address an urgent plumbing situation (low flow to tub in bathroom due to corrosion of pipes). We had called Big John's to do the job, but when Alex came he gave us his own business card (AM Plumbing), and as we had called several different plumbers at this point we had lost track of who was who. Once we put it together that we had not ever actually called AM Plumbing to address the work we needed done, and figured it out (our phone records showed we had never called him), it became clear that Alex was lying so that he didn't have to split his profits with Big John's (I believe they later fired him).

That alone is enough for me to never hire him again, but he then continued to lie about breaking our kitchen sink (which Big John thankfully replaced at no additional cost to us, since it was clear Alex was acting without honesty). He left us without running water for at least one entire day without warning (!), and told us that our pipes would need to be replaced entirely with copper pipes on one side of our house, a costly job whose necessity I now question.

It's possible Alex does good plumbing work (this is what Big John's claimed), and it's possible that his work ethic and lying habits have changed (he did his work - and damage - for us over a year ago), but I personally wouldn't hire him again to do work for us.

So not true people!! Do not use this company they are not professional and outright lied and we were never given option of getting our own part. When we hired professional plumber he said they were way over their heads and didn't know how to fix this mess they made. They charged us 500 for 3 hrs work which they broke a line and bought unnecessary part which he wanted to give us 45 dollars for a part he charged us 200 for are you kidding me???? He lied because when I called the place he purchased it from it was 124.00. And they wouldn't let us return it!!!! He wanted 45.00 just to pick it up from our house lol. Do not use this company you will be sorry
