Alex and his team are by far the easiest to work with! From the time I spoke with Kristen(sp?) to the time the job was complete they spoke to me like a person and not like I'm an idiot. I had a whole house repipe and an awesome never run out of hot water tankless water heater installed. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. So glad to have found them on here and will be sure to pass along my experience with them to others. Thank you Alex and the team at AM, our family of 5 can finally have hot showers again!!

I requested a quote for a whole house repipe and install of a tankless water heater. AM Plumbing & Rooter was the cheapest I found. When I called they were very friendly, polite and had a lot of patience with me and my twenty million questions. I decided to go with this company and glad I did cause they exceeded my expectations. I love my new tankless!!! I'm not running out of hot water anymore:). They were fast, clean and reliable. I definitely would recommend this company and will be using them again for any plumbing problems.

This plumbing company is the greatest. Don't always believe the negative reviews. The good ones out weighed the bad in this case. I read the negative one they had and by the description, they sent another crew team out and fixed her issue. So I don't quite understand her negative review. So I gave them a try. From the dispatcher to the actual plumbers,everyone was very polite and there response time was outstanding! Thank you again AM Plumbing & Rooter for saving a busy MOM in a crisis. Jack is one GREAT plumber!!! I am SO thankful that I called AM Plumbing! After getting a crazy high water bill we were told to call for leak detection because we probably had a slab leak. We were in a total panic and were told that it was gonna cost hundreds of dollars just to find the leak and then... yikes! Anyway, they sent Jack out, he came on time and is just the nicest guy! Very professional, knows his stuff and explained everything to us before starting the work. The price quoted was very fair and even when unexpected problems came up Jack was calm, cool and collected. This house just threw one thing after another at him and he just fixed everything. He cleaned up after himself and left us in great shape! I can't say enough about his work and his attitude it was so great to work with someone I felt like I could trust. I highly recommend this company! We will definitely be calling and asking for Jack to fix any plumbing problems we have in the future!

I honestly won't have another plumbing company work on my property. When we look for vendors we are looking for honest, reliable, respectable, able to communicate with not only my staff but if needed, my residents and of course prices! This company has that. I have them on property monthly for pipe jetting.. This has helped our community in a huge way. Every employee that they hire is great. I recommend this company hands down. Highly recommended. Our water heater broke on Saturday night, when no plumbers are working. We called AM and they called back in 5 mins. On a Saturday night. We scheduled for 9am Monday and the technician was on-time. In this case I just needed the water heater problem solved and they took care of it so I could get back to life. I called them because of the yelp reviews. I think you too will be pleased with their service. As he was leaving he told me they are a small business and I was happy to support a small business.
