Quick response. Alex and his partner did an awesome job updating my water heater. Job took about an hour and a half. Free estimate. They updated everything so it's up to code and hauled away my old water heater.

Their pricing was way higher than others. The plumber came up on time and explained well. But the price seemed not reasonable to me. So I switched to other plumbing service and got 45% cheaper price with an extra device installation, which was AM plumbing tried to charge separately. Well, if you are living in a financial hay day, they would be your choice.

Where should I begin?

A.M. Plumbing and Rooter is by far one of ""THE BEST"" Plumbing companies we have ever worked with. From the beginning dealing with front office staff for coordination of the initial bid to working with the staff and Alex to get the job done to 100% satisfaction.

Keep in mind we have done 4 other restaurant builds and have some commercial property as well so we have a ""prefferd network"" of contractors we generally use. A.M. Plumbing and Rooter was not apart of that network, but the are NOW.

They did a full grease interceptor install with sample box. Corrected some new found plumbing issues. Ran all new plumbing to the interceptor, added a floor drain to the restaurant kitchen. Did everything to current code. Waited and performed all inspections with the city. Back filled the holes cut with dirt & cement.

I cannot express my gratitude for the level of professionalism the team @ A.M. Plumbing and Rooter has shown us. As small business owners we need to support the strong businesses as much as possible / we are a small business & A.M. Plumbing and Rooter has won our loyalty and become a part of our network to do more as a prefferd plumbing contractor.

I contacted Alex via Facebook on Wednesday evening to ask about how I might go about centering and installing a new fire pit ring in my parents' backyard firepit. Alex was very responsive and even attempted to walk me through the install since I had done so much work on my own already. I ran into trouble and Alex came out to diagnose the problem that same day. We thought we had it figured out and he left me to finish the install on my own. I ran into more trouble that night and Alex was able to schedule me in quickly for his help again. He came out, found and fixed the issue, and now I have a beautiful firepit to present to my parents for their upcoming 50th anniversary. Alex was very patient and kind throughout the whole ordeal, even on the weekend when he should have been off work. I will be using AM Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks Alex!

I made a mistaking thinking I could fix my shower and completely broke the fitting. I called AM and spoke to the nicest woman who listened to me and scheduled someone to come out that same day. I got a text showing who was coming and what time which i've never experienced before and since I was local the consultation was free of charge. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From my first call with Kristin to Alex the owner (and repairman) coming out the same day i called I am happy. This is the second time I've called A.M Plumbing. As you can guess since I called them again for another issue I was having that should tell you everything you need to know. I rely on everyone's personal experiences to recommend service providers and I will tell you that A.M Plumbing is a great company to call. I have a plumber of choice and WILL call Alex again should I need plumbing repairs.
I will mention his prices as reasonable and the quality of his work is outstanding. And you need to know that Alex is a genuinely NICE GUY! I'm not gonna have just anybody come out to my house as I'm a widow and I have to know that there's someone that I trust coming out to my house and I do trust Alex!

I had my second slap leak in 2 years and planning on a re-pipe the whole house. A.M Plumbing and Rooter came in on time for the estimate. Since they have good ratings on Yelp, and Angel, the technician seems to be knowledgeable and professional. I went with AM Plumbing. The repipe and new electric water heater was scheduled for 3 days. Alex, the owner did a nice job on the installation of electric water heater. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing I have experienced.

Day 3, Angel stayed until 11:00pm with a promise it will be completed the next day. On day 3, I still did not have a functioning toilet anywhere. The water softener was not put on bypass during the repipe, caused all the beads from the softener clogged the faucets and toilets. Angel blamed it on the water softener. (It's working before he came in and it's working now). The beads got into the toilet valve cause it to leak. Instead of fixing it, he just turned off the supply valve and told no one about it. That night I went on Youtube on how to fix the valves and stayed up until 2AM to get my toilet to work properly again.

Day 4, I asked him why the bathroom valve on the second bathroom was not replaced per contract. Then he agreed to change it out.

Day 5, still no water in the kitchen. Everything was still a mess.

Day 6, he told me the job is done. i asked why the valves in the kitchen was not replaced per contract. He gave me some ridiculous answer and then change out the valves.

When the job was done on day 7, there was a big black spot on the carpet. I asked him to clean it up. He got really angry and told me to call the office. Office manager was nice enough to send over a carpet cleaner the clean up Angel's mess the next day.

Day 8, the water supply to the dishwasher and kitchen water filter was cut off and left uninstalled. Angel came back with no apology, install the dish washer water supply but refuse install the water filer in the kitchen.

A week later, I discovered the water heater installed was Navien 180S which is cheaper model than the contract. At this point, I am not sure I want them back here.

2 weeks later, I discovered the gas line from the old water heater supposed to be cut off and capped was still sticking out 2 feet from the wall and was hiding under a bunch of my paint buckets

3 weeks later. I discovered no cold water in second bath sink. I turn the valve on. I figured he just forgot to turn it on, to my surprise, it's leaking

The whole time he keep repeating that he did me a huge favor by giving me a free jet cleaning of sewage line worth $850. He keeps repeating beyond annoyance but make no apologies that this job is now 11 days out.

I am afraid to go in the attic the see what he did up there.
Update: the owner Alex came back and fixed the problems i have found.

Looks like I found myself a plumber. Called AM Plumbing & Rooter for a clogged vent stack that we thought may be causing an odor. We were scheduled quickly and had a technician, Alex, out the same day. He did an inspection and quickly determined it was not a clogged vent stack. He provided additional options for testing should the problem not go away on its own. He was knowledgeable and honest.
