The city in for me but I had a gas leak and that I needed a licensed plumber to come out and take a look at it before they could re-install the gas meter. After getting in contact with A&M plumbing they were able to help me very quickly. Although I was having phone issues they were able to come out and take a look at everything. They seem very professional and well mannered.

I sent an email on Wednesday morning and immediately received a reply back from Mindy. I explained that my mom lives in Shreveport (my home town) and I wanted to take care of a project that she needed help with. Her commode in her master bath had been leaking and the tank was removed months ago. Mindy is very kind a joy to speak with and attentively listen to my concerns. My mom had been saying for some time now she wanted a commode that sits higher than the standard ones. I received an reasonable estimate from Mindy via email. I figured Mindy would send a tech for an estimate visit first then schedule an install appt. To my surprise the appt was for install which took place two days later. The tech gave my mom a courtesy call 30 mins before arriving at her home. My mom is so exited to have a working quiet flushing commode in her home again . She was singing the praises of Andrew the tech who did the install. She said that Andrew was very professional arrived on time. She really like him so much she is waiting to hear from Mindy so she can replace the commode in her hall bath with a comfort height toilet as well. My mom tried to wiggle the pricing out of Andrew but he stayed firm as he had been instructed that I would be taking care of the bill so not to divulge any information to her. We veterans stick together, thanks Andrew. I highly recommend A&M plumbing for all your plumbing needs. If I lived in Shreveport , I would surely be a customer of theirs as well.

Great company! My water heater went out on me so I called this company at the recommendation of a friend. On the same day a plumber showed up and gave an accurate assessment along with a quote for repair. The guy wore a professional looking uniform and was well articulated (he was able to explain things in a manner I could understand). The price was fair but affordable and saved me lots of money by not having to buy a new water heater, he even discounted some of the parts he installed at an at cost rate.
