I haven't used this company for plumbing however today at the junction of the 23fwy and the 101fwy an older man in the A.M. Fox plumbing van cut my 11 year old son and I off as he tried to dodge in and out of traffic. He was doing about 85-90 mph, no signal and no sorry. If he plumbs the way he drives I'd stay away from this guy.

Adam is a very dedicated guy and always has done a great job whenever I call him! He is in the process of rebuilding our water main coming in from the street, here in Ventura County and I know from other plumbing that he has done for us that he is a very honest guy when it comes to costs.

Other bigger plumbing companies in Ventura County, wanted astronomical money for doing the same job that he is currently working on.

Good response - came about an hour after I called.
Fixed my badly leaking toilet, was masked and socially distant, wet/dry vacuumed the mess and charged me about what the other company recommended by my HOA quoted as their emergency surcharge.

Was referred to me. I texted a picture of plumbing of my new bathroom vanity not knowing how to set it up. He called said he was in the neighborhood and arrived few minutes later. Although plumbing was too low he did his magic and got it working without cutting through new vanity! Took about 1/2 hr and he was on the road...amazing, friendly, professional. I will never go to anyone else for plumbing concerns. Can't ask for more!

Not only did this company stop by and check my unit. They followed up with me with a very thorough detail of some potential problems. In effort to save me thousands of dollars. More companies should have a standard like AM Foxx Plumbing. The industry would be a better place. I highly recommend this team for any job professionalism.

Woke up Sunday morning to water running down drive way and street. Didn't know what to do. Called Adam and he came out right away. He explained everything, it was the main water line and it ruptured on my front lawn. Later that night he came back and turned on the water so that I could prepare for Monday. ""Who does that ???"" So appreciated.
Turned it off and went away. Didnt need to miss work, he came Monday as planned and fixed the issue, you can't even tell where he dug up my front lawn. There are good ones out there and Adam is one. Relieved that the issue is fixed and grateful to have him.

I am so grateful to have Adam as my plumber! He did the plumbing on our bath remodel, our kitchen remodel and our outdoor BBQ. He did great work, always cleaned up before he left and did a great job. Thankful to have had him for some emergencies as well.

I called Adam for an appointment on a Monday and he said he didn't have an Appt until Friday, as I live up in the mountains he said he charged a service fee to come out to Malibu area I agreed to pay and scheduled an Appt for 7:00 am Friday Morning. At 7:45 I was still waiting so I contacted Adam because he had not arrived, at that time he said he had gotten caught up in other calls and could he come on Saturday. I had already waited all week and am expecting guests for the Weekend and I told him he had made a deal to come out, so he reluctantly said he would be up to do my job at around 9:00 he finally shows and says that in the future I have to get someone with a smaller truck to come up and starts complaining about the drive. Then I said well I did agree to pay service fee for the distance and directed him to the job. He then said that I didn't like him and that he was not going to do my job! Weird, that he bothered to make the trip out to my home and didn't even get out of his truck. What a Waste of My TIME!!!!!!! I guess he can afford to come out to jobs and not do them.
This man has no concept of Customer service or common courtesy ! If you value your time I do not recommend this Plummer.

I'm giving one star as Adam did stop by for a quote albeit after numerous reminders. We agreed on the work, a price and a date he would be back to do the job. He asked for cash - which I had, no real problem there although strange he asked? The day came for him to show and - no show! Sent him a text, called, but nothing? As of today's date I have not received a call or text. Nothing. Not sure how he's staying in business? I'll be sure to tell 10 people!

Adam is the best plumber I have ever used. He installed a new faucet in my condo and it looks beautiful. Adam is meticulous, informative, and honest. Qualities not easy to find with plumbers these days.

Nothing wrong with the bigger plumbing companies, but who they send out to your house can be a game of roulette.
