The service was a big miss. We called Always Rescue Plumbing to fix the broken garbage disposal. They replaced the garbage disposal and installed a new chord, which was all good. Although charged the maximum allowable charge ($500) for the service allowed by my property management company. Should cost less than that but we didn't have any concerns since it came with warranty from them. The real bad experience was when the disposal stopped working in a few days. They wouldn't respect the warranty and charged an additional $150 on top for the visit and tried every excuse to avoid the warranty, blaming it on additional electrical issue with outlets, which they never mentioned the first time they came around to installed the new disposal.

Always Rescue Plumbing did a full copper repipe of my house in February 2024, replacing my old galvanized steel pipes. Their quote was very competitive, and Daniel was very responsive throughout the information gathering phase.

For the amount of work that was involved in this project, everything went very smoothly. Other contractors made a lot of noise about inspections, pointing out things that needed to be brought up to code that were frankly just false when I cross checked them against other contractors and when I looked up information online. All communication with ARS was straightforward, and inspections were completely painless. Hugo and the team answered all the questions I had throughout the project.

Of all the plumbing services I've used in the area, these guys have been the best, and they will be the first ones I contact when I need future work done.

I used Yelp for this project. I bought a Rheem softener from homedepot and ARP installed it. They are prompt in their messages and arrived on time. Their price was the best in the area. It seems that they used quality pipes.

Got quoted $150 to take a look and diagnose the problem. The ceiling above the kitchen got opened up we found the leak and it was an old caulking issue.

The ceiling was open and pipes were exposed. So got bathroom drain pipes changed in process since they were very old and cast iron and I would probably change them eventually.

The problem so far seems to be resolved and made sure no more problems in future. It was not cheap. It did address my problems.

Discovered that the pipe under our kitchen sink was majorly leaking and within a few hours of discovering the leak and putting a request on Yelp for a plumber, Daniel had the leak fixed! We had issues with the sink in the past due to the pipes being installed incorrectly at some point before we owned the house, and Daniel completely replaced the connection, hydroflushed all of the sediment from the old pipes out, and had everything back and working in the blink of an eye.
