We searched Yelp for a reputable plumber and requested a quote thru Yelp and within minutes Richard called me back, so I set up a time to meet him at the property. He showed up early and began investigating the issue with the main line with his camera, answered all my questions and went over the options. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Richard, we knew that it was going to be pricey to repair an existing main line that's under a slab, so we need to go over some of the other major repairs that we had already committed to and will have to re-visit this project again soon.

I used Yelp's get estimate tool and alway's ready plumbing responded right away with a reasonible estimate and available to come out the next day (which was a saturday) and work within my work schedule. Ive been having problems with my pressure regulator that's making a sound everytime we flush our toilet or use our water. Richard has been great from the start. Easy to talk to and was able to schedule me right away to fix the issue. My shut off valve also was not working and he addressed that too and gave me a good discount.
