I gave Always Plumbing a call to fix a small leak I was experiencing with a drain. I had the new part already purchased and simply needed it installed as I didn't have the necessary tools for the job. Dennis the owner of the company was very nice, provided great service, and the leak has not returned at this point. I would have given 5 stars except that the cost was really way out of line. The job took about 20 or 25 minutes in total and I already had purchased the part, but the cost at the end was $115. This simply seems like an outrageous price for such a quick and simple job. I suppose I made the mistake of not requesting a quote ahead of time but I didn't feel that was necessary for such a simple job and I am disappointed that someone would feel ok charging me that much for the job. Be careful if using this company, the service is great but be sure to get a price quote.
