The pipes weren't the only thing that got reamed.
1 star for rip-off pricing. 4 star for actual work.

Had a 4pm drain clog at our rental house in SC. (Single mom with 2 kids living there.) Couldn't get anyone out until the next morning but our tenant found Always Plumbing. They were very intentional about getting the service call fee covered by tenant before showing up. That was odd, but it made sense after I got the $850+ estimate to unclog the toilet. (Not a sewer main clog). Their business model IMO seems to be to collect as many service call charges as possible by giving ridiculous estimates.

I knew we'd pay a premium for an evening service call. The plumber was actually surprised when I said yes because he acknowledged what a rip-off the price was. He did clear the clog but I never received the receipt I asked for.

Tim T. from Always Plumbing is the MAN! He came out exactly on time and helped me when the toilet wall valve sprung a leak. He was quick, efficient, and very friendly! A few hours later I noticed that my toilet's tank ALSO decided it was its turn to start leaking, but Tim came right back out within the half hour and fixed that leak as well.

I now have his contact info saved because I know I can Always count on him and Always Plumbing to save the day!

This is the second time we've used always plumbing service and they've always done a great job. Thomas came out today and fixed our bathroom sink and faucet greatly appreciated did a wonderful job and really went the extra mile if I could give more stars I would!

If you have a plumbing emergency (especially two days before Thanksgiving) call Dan and he will treat you like you are his own family. An Indiana native, Dan took our enormous project on at 7:30am and spent the next 14 hours determined to get our water back on for Thanksgiving. We had a pipe bust thanks to some tree roots and Dan was amazing and Tom who helped him was the best! He's our plumber from now on. Thanks for the great service.

So overpriced it's ridiculous. A small job that required $25 in parts and maybe an hour of labor they quoted $500 for.

Amazing experience, Patrick was experienced provided tips to help eliminate problems in the future. My pipes under my kitchen sink were clogged, he refigured the pipes and all is running smoothly. So happy and will likely refer this company.

They are very Overpriced and bait and switch. Also very messy would not recommend them. They will start the job and agree on a price but then tell you halfway thru that they will need more money.

Don't trust them and don't use them. They won't show up or even call to say they are not coming.
My water heater stopped making hot water. At 2:30 pm on a Friday I spoke to Always Plumbing after finding them on an ad that said they are 24 hours (their name is Always after all). They said they'd have a tech to my house around 5 or 6. At 6:30 I called to see where the tech was. The dude who answered said ""I just got here and we've got 12 jobs on the board. I don't think we're going to make it. Let me get a grip on this snd I'll call you right back."" No call back came. I called them an hour later, then 15 min after that- no answer. They never showed up and didn't call or text to tell me so I could find another service.
Horrible business. Don't use them. Pristine Pluming did come out but because of the delay Always cost me, not until after 10 pm.

On May 14, 2021 we used Always Plumbing. I called to schedule service and said I had a leak in the U-pipe under our kitchen sink. Daniel fom the company showed up at 5:15 PM. He looked at the leak and then wen back to his truck. He came back around 15 minutes later and told me I had 4 options.
The least expensive option was around $600 and the most expensive was over $1,000. These options were for additional under-sink repairs I had not requested. I told him all I wanted him to do was repair the U-Pipe leak, He want back to his truck and came back around 5 minutes later. He told me it would cost $150 to repair just the leak. I agreed to that price. He finished the repair at around 6:00 PM. As far as I can tell he replaced 2 or 3 pieces of PVC plastic pipe and did the work in less than 30 minutes. Later, when I checked around with other plumbing companies, I found they were about half the price for my repair. If you use this company be sure to get a price before they how up.
