Totally unknowledgeable staff regarding Repair/ Service a Central Air Conditioning System. They might be just good for plumbing jobs, but not for ACs. Very Very unhappy with their work.

She did everything in her power to help me get what I needed to resolve my issue. She is an amazing customer service rep and deserves a massive raise! At my office, we call Always Plumbing for every back up, leak, any plumbing issue. They typically come out the same day. Very helpful. So when my backyard faucet was leaking (drought going strong) and I knew it wasn't just a simple seal issue as the faucet is original to the house (50+ years). I reached out to them and they were able to come on the same day and Tim replaced it in less than an hour.

completely unprofessional from the reception person Jennif** who does her best to rip you off the most , from technicians who show up 3 1/2 hours late after the window .
they do garbage disposal replacement for 610$ !!! for 1/2 HP one
where you can get it much cheaper at home depot for example 300 $ including service and device or any other local companies around the same price range .
when I called to give a feedback the receptionist was even more rude and has 0 customer skills , doesn't give herself chance to understand the problem !!!!!!. or address customer concerns .
stay away from that business and shop for prices .
I left my work earlier than i suppose to be ther on time and the technician showed up 3 1/2 hours late !!!!!

Called out to replace a shower valve, we already purchased a Kohler shower/tub set. The plumber replaced the valve but then showed us the tub spigot was faulty/leaking and needed to be returned to the store. He agreed to return the following Saturday to complete the job, leaving a pipe where the tub spigot would go. My husband looked at the spigot before returning it & realized the problem was the pipe was cut too short so the gasket couldn't properly seal. Saturday came & went but the plumber didn't show and didn't even bother to call. When my husband called him he claimed he thought my husband would complete the job, but agreed to come the next Saturday. I called the office on Friday hoping to get a timeframe for the work but he didn't call back. In the morning I received a text at 9:00am that he was on his way. When he didn't show up in 2 hours I sent a text & called. No reply, no answer, no show.

Need more than 5 stars to accurately rate this plumbing outfit. It's the absolute best. Being a homeowner for many decades I have tried different plumbers. Always plumbing recently came to my home for an emergency job. Communicated with me effectively prior to coming out. Got the job done in an efficient and timely fashion. Had the experience to deal with the unexpected. And special kudos to Dan, the senior plumber, who provided the right now- how, courteous service, and complete satisfaction.

I was having problems with my toilet flushing properly. Tom, the plumber, was on time, friendly, very professional, and throughly explained my options. I was very satisfied with the work and the pricing. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for any plumbing needs that I might have.

Called then up and told then my issue that the thermostat did not show anything. They came out within the hour and found the issue (bad Thermostat) They gave me two offers they can replace it or I could. I felt it would be better to let them and pay the price (not to bad). They replaced the thermostat and it was back and working with our heat/AC. would I call them again YOU bet.
