I encountered an excellent interaction with the team at Mountain Mechanical. Being new to homeownership, I am still adjusting to the strange sounds that my condo produces.
Recently, I thought I would relax in the bath and began to notice a scary sound that resembled hissing, like a fire was starting. Therefore, I went to look into the closet to see what was happening and it appears to be the hot water heater.
As I crouched down to inspect it, I noticed the front panel was partially detached, giving me a glimpse of some orange flames. I was alarmed and called the professionals at Mountain Mechanical. A helpful representative came and checked it out, then explained that I had used up all the hot water and the hissing was due to water condensation falling on the heater.
The glowing orange flames, that typically appear blue, were flickering with the hissing as the drops of condensation would momentarily interfere with them. No safety issue.
Recognizing my anxiety, he stayed and had me turn on the heater, so I could hear the noises, and then provided explanations for those sounds. He also informed me about ticking sounds from the baseboards in the winter. I intend to contact them again to arrange for an inspection, and will keep their number handy.

Anchorage's top plumbing service.
I have called upon Always On Call Mountain Mechanical a few times in the past, and they never fail to impress with their professionalism and expeditious service and fair rates.
I will not hesitate to call on them in the future.
Thanks again Always On Call Mountain Mechanical for coming to my rescue and taking care of my elderly parents.

I hired Mountain Mechanical to set up a fresh unit. I have the team come multiple times, and each time they blamed the unit, claiming it was faulty even though it was not even a year old. I had to hire another company to correct their mistake (poor plumbing by them, rather than the unit).
This company are definitely not qualified, and I regard them as scammers. The service provider we contracted informed us they were addressing a lot of additional units that had been installed by them. Save yourself time and costs and go with another company! I have previously contact the BBB.

I feel like I've been duped by this company! BE CAREFUL - I had to pay an outrageous to install a sweat valve, and it started leaking the following day. I contacted them, and they came out the next morning to repair it. I assumed they resolved the issue, so I continued my routine. Eventually, I found out the issue was leaking again and turned green and blue from the leak.
I informed them to report the issue, and it seemed like they didn't care. They really do have a bad reputation! STEER CLEAR OF this company, and if you go ahead and use them, don't say you weren't warned. I am owed the money I paid for a poor job or a proper replacement of a sweat valve and soldering.

I contacted Mountain Mechanical for a broken water pipe that was situated between the bathrooms on the second and third levels.
The pipe had burst and Mountain Mechanical managed the repairs promptly for a reasonable cost.
After my ceiling caved in, I fixed the ceiling on my own, that involved applying tape and knockdown texture.
Needless to say, I plan to find different insurance coverage.
Regarding Mountain Mechanical, I am grateful for the quick and skilled help.

I had an extremely responsive response from Always On Call Mountain Mechanical. The team arranged a appointment immediately.
A pair of knowledgeable plus capable workers showed up for install four bathroom fixtures. The workers were extremely friendly.
I would have given them a perfect score, but the team created dark smudges on many walls along with frame edges.

I began 2019 with no heating... what a memorable start to the year!
I reached out on the 2nd and the representative Rosalind proved to be helpful and great, relating with my sadness of not having heat lol.
They sent Keegan to assist and address the issue... um, the technician is fantastic to work with! Incredibly approachable and expert in his field!
He is sure to answer the twenty bazillion questions you have and explain everything well.
Make sure you use their services and request this technician as he's the best!!!

My parents (both in their 70s) acquired a new on-demand water heater two years ago for just over $10,000 from the team at Mountain Mechanical for their residence. One year after it was installed, it stopped working and required more than a week and a half for them to get it working. They did not charge because it was still under warranty.
Now, after merely 24 months, it failed again but this time they had to pay over $700 to fix it. I urge customers investigate when picking a company. These systems are meant to last for at least ten years so this is unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I might look for other options. This company doesn't do great results. Sort of half-assed. Additionally, the service is rather extremely responsive.
I called at 8 am right when they opened since I faced issues with hot water. I received no assurance that the technicians would come out that day. Their team don't even call back until the following day.
Different companies in town do good service, similar costs and tend to be more quick to respond.

I called Mountain Mechanical to swap out my sink faucet located at the sink as well as replace an outdated grinder. A plumber arrived and said that I had to pay over $1,400 for materials and labor costs.
Because the estimate was unreasonable, I decided to visit Home Depot on my own and purchased the faucet for $32.98 and a garbage disposal for $109.00. After acquiring all of these components, I called my reliable realtor, who is named Mary, and she advised that I reach out to Best Plumbing for the installation.
The entire process was completed in less than 2 hours and they did an impressive job. After everything was said and done, I ended up paying under $200 for the installation on both the sink faucet and garbage disposal.
Now, get this, Mountain Mechanical claimed that it would take about 2 hours to swap out the disposal unit alone, which I realized was a lie. I saw the warning sign when the plumber named Mike gave me $1,400+. I refuse to do work with them again.
