TJ called to let me know he was going to arrive and I gave him a big hug I was so glad to have this leaky toilet taken care of. He basically rebuilt my toilet...everything new but the porcelain. Got 90 day warranty....but it is really appreciated as my water bill has been high because the toilet was running for 3-4 months...before I realized what was up. He explained everything and was consciencious.

TJ saved my life! Another plumbing company quoted me 10-20k to fix a corroded pipe. Always Affordable Plumbing was able to come out the same day, confirm the issue and give me an estimate that was a fraction of the cost. He not only fixed the corroded pipe but some others that needed to be replaced as well, and still came in well under his original estimate.

Best customer service all around, and just the nicest darn person. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Quality work from an honest and reliable company.

We hired TJ to work on a basement ADU and clean up lots of old plumbing for our house. He doesn't mind all my questions and explains things clearly. We've been doing most of the other construction ourselves and TJ has been cool with us working around as he's getting things done. Would definitely hire again in the future.

I hired them several times. Recommended them to someone I know for one job as well. Five stars with a downside.

Every business has their plusses and minuses and for me my highest value is low cost and getting the job done. I found the biggest PLUSSES is Always Affordable Plumbing to take on jobs other plumbers would not touch because its not worth their time and they are much lower cost. DOWNSIDE is not as professional or clean - but if I save $5,000 or $10,000 that really makes it up for me. Thus five stars.

I had about 10 plumbers review a bathroom project and none would take it but maybe several plumbers. Highest bid was about $20,000 and lowest was $4,000. Always Affordable Plumbing did it cheapest. Also willing to be flexible, I would say if I cut open the walls or some other aspect on my own would the project be cheaper.. etc.

Since I don't want to write every detail and every nuance I'll generally describe what you need to know. He sometimes makes mistakes probably more on the cosmetic side like a gap of some sort but will come back and fix if you notify. He is way cheaper than everyone else from what I found but a little less professional and doesn't clean up in a professional manner. So for me cleaning up and touching up things if I save five thousand dollars is a way better deal than anything else. I will buy a paintbrush from the dollar store and some paint from home depot and 20 minutes of my time.. if I can save $5,000 in 20 minutes I will definitely take that over anything.

I also recommended someone I know to use the service. They told me when he did a drain job the measurements were off, so he apologized came back and did it right.

As of this writing my jobs were about 2 years ago. I recently hired again for another smaller job.

Thus the business is very capable but could improve on some aspects. I recommend communicating during the estimate and when they begin the project that you really need a very professional clean up at the end and make things look immaculate at the very end since some plumbers do not achieve that and that is a very important value for you.

I decided to ignore the reviews about lack of cleanliness, and that was a huge mistake. We had the galvanized plumbing replaced with new pipes, which required sheetrock removal. He did not cover or mask anything in the two rooms, resulting in sheetrock dust everywhere. Had we known he would be so careless, we would have masked ourselves-- or hired someone else. We brought up our shop vac to clean up after him. Then the worst part-- he left part of the plumbing open upstairs while turning the water back on, which flooded both offices. We were just outside and when we came in, he told us he had ""taken care of it"" by using our shop vac to suck up some of the water. I found water soaked into the rugs, under couches, everything was wet. We started pulling things out of the house to dry them out, he made no effort to help.

When we went to pull down the light fixture to do the drywall repair, it was full of water. Additional water damage was caused to ceiling sheet rock that took about a week to work its way down to the lower floor, might have been trapped in the light fixture.

Overall, I would advise against using them for a large project.

This company is a pathetic joke & one star is too many. I called them to repair a sewage ejector pump & an outside leaking (internally) faucet.

TJ arrived and had a bad attitude from the start. He opened up the lid to my sewer line & kept making nasty comments about the smell, which struck me as not only unprofessional but showed his lack of knowledge as well. He's a plumber who should understand that sewer lines don't smell like roses.

I had to return to work so I reluctantly left TJ at my home to finish the job. When I returned in the evening I was very disappointed to see that the facet he installed had a 1/2'' gap from the wall & is not flush, as it was previously. I uploaded two images, one is the original image of the faucet that is properly secured to the wall and flush, with no damaged wood (mount). The other image is the faucet TJ installed which shows a huge gap, screw exposed & he damaged the wood mount (cut line across). He had proper access from behind the wall to securely & properly install the faucet, however he chose to rush the job & it looks a kid installed it. I wouldn't be surprised if the faucet starts leaking due to his shoddy install.

Also, as the picture shows, he left my house a complete mess. The floor was filthy were he changed the pump which could have easily been avoided by placing down a mat or cloth. He should have cleaned the floor before he left, as this is common courtesy to clean the mess you made.

He also left the main water valve cover off so it was exposed, and there were screws/washers all over the floor next to the sewage pump, either from the old one or I hope not the new one as there's going to be an issue. I'm quite disappointed in how sloppy TJ was with not only the repairs but how dirty he left my house. The sewage pump he installed is now causing me concerns as I'm worried it wasn't installed properly based on the faucet and the filth he left.

Today, I emailed them the images & explained the issues. Their email on their website is not valid & they know this so it bounced back. I then called & spoke with the lady receptionist who is a complete nightmare, to say the least. She didn't even left me finish my sentence, kept cutting me off, screaming at me & then told me they are not going to fix the faucet because they are not carpenters. She then stated there's no way to fix it & blamed how it was installed previously, which is ridiculous b/c it was flush against the wall & the wood mount wasn't damaged. She then started screaming louder at me & told me to F*ck off, then hung up. I remained calm the entire time & I'm still in shock I was treated in such a disrespectful & aggressive way. Instead of taking ownership for their shoddy work & mess, they turned the blame & screamed at me. They are pathological liars as well.

I will be filing a chargeback, taking them to Small Claims & filing a complaint with the city. They should have their license revoked and put out of business. Absolutely appalling & disgusting people.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Do yourself a favor and hire a professional company with valid experience and one that actually honors their work. This company will take your money & not honor any defective work or damage caused. They will only scream at you, call you vulgar names and leave your house a mess.
