They scheduled an appointment for me on a Saturday 12 to 3. They called at 1:40 saying they over booked and have to be re-scheduled. They booked for Monday from 5 to 7. They called again at 7:00 saying they are running. I called at 8:00 inquiring if they are still coming and the rude person said the technician is just wrapping up with the last appointment and is 15 minutes away. At what point are they thinking of completing the work at my house? Midnight?

They scheduled my appointment on Monday for Tuesday. Then they canceled on me for Tuesday. Then couldn't get me in on Wednesday. Then rescheduled me for Thursday and didn't show up!

I called twice on Thursday to confirm they were coming. My window was from 2:30-4:30. I first called at 9am to confirm. I called again at 4:15 to double check, they assured me he would arrive by 5pm. I'm now sitting here at 6pm wondering what happened? I've had a clogged since for 4 days. This is unacceptable service.

I called to let them know he never showed up, they don't even have a voicemail?!

35 days ago we hired him to run a copper pipe from the street to the house in the Sacramento Pocket area. To this day, it still leaks at the house to where he connected it. We have called no less than 5-times, each time he said he would send a plumber to fix it, but that was just lies - it is still dripping and wasting water, sending my utility bill sky high. He even ""repaired"" a sprinkler head to which it is now a mess of pvc piping exposed to the elements, high above the ground, in a tangled mess. Where they went under the sidewalk by the house they did not back fill properly, and thus the entire cement slab has now sunk 1.5 inches causing a tripping hazard in two spots for anyone approaching the front door. I also had to hire a person to put back the decorative large rocks and planters after they had moved them out of the way to trench.

Always affordable plumbing came thru for me when another plumbing company dropped the ball and also lied to the warranty company. The previous plumbing company told the warranty company i had qest piping which is not covered under warranty to avoid doing the work and by saying that the plumber knew he would be off the hook and didnt have to complete the job. I called Always affordable plumbing for a second opinion they came out and sent out Randy who actually went under my home and all around my home to check the piping and informed me and the warranty company that i had galvanized piping not qest, the warranty company opened back up the fix it ticket and Randy came out and fixed alot of issues and when Randy was busy they sent out Greg and he finished up the rest with no problem. They are very professional and hard workers there is no other plumbing company i will call except Always affordable plumbing!

These guys were sent to us by the home warranty company when our shower and toilets backed up. They showed up on time, were courteous, and quickly identified the issue as a plug in the main line outside of the house... They did leave without fixing the clog, thinking the issue lied within the county's boundaries... After the county came out and identified no issues on their end, the tech promptly returned with a longer snake and had the plug removed within 30 minutes and was on his way... The only reason I don't give 5 stars is I feel the tech could have been better equipped to tackle the problem the first time... All told, they fixed the issue, were super nice, and cleaned up afterwards, can't really ask for a better experience...

I initially called them because I found water gushing out on the side of my house. I was completely panicking and Nathan came to my house within less than 2 hours from calling him. He found that the large leak came from a nail pierced to the PVC pipe from the turf I had installed recently from System Pavers. I was extremely grateful for Nathan helping me check it out! He didn't charge me an estimate since I'm having System Pavers fix their mistake. I'll definitely be contacting Nathan for any future water or plumbing issues!

The owner of Always Affordable called me today to ask about my review. I could tell that this was a very caring, honest man who was truly concerned about providing good service and meeting customer expectations. For that reason, I have upped this to 3 stars. I'm still not happy with the tech that was sent out or the comment that I was abusive (I wasn't), but based on the owners comments and concerns, I would consider using their services again in the future.

I was super impressed at the amazing customer service I received from Always Affordable Plumbing. My water heater in my rental broke and was leaking all over the garage. My new tenants had recently moved in and several of their unpacked boxes were damaged from the water. My Home Warranty company was not going to be able to order the water heater for a week. My tenants were having company and obviously could not be without hot water! (Thankfully Rocklin was in a heat wave, which helped!) Nathan assured me that their team would be out the same day to replace the water heater. He worked with me on the cost of repair, since I had to fix it and pay cash before the Home Warranty could step in. His entire team was amazing and were there for me in this crisis - as I live down in San Diego - so I was not able to be at the home to assess the damage. The employees kept me informed on what needed to be done and when they would be arriving and everything else I needed to know during the repair process. I cannot say enough positive things about AAP. They simply rock and have earned my business for any future needs. I would NOT hesitate to refer them to anyone.... I was amazed that they were able to help me, especially going into a holiday weekend. It's companies like this that make me have faith in customer service!!!

Mike came out for a list of plumbing issues and saved me a lot of money and time. Fidelity Home Warranty seems to pick the best service people . Since I pay one Copay he was willing to look at three problems . He fixed one, told me what to buy and install to prevent problems in future on second and taught me how to get what I needed on a specialized faucet. I am keeping this number for future projects!

This company was called in to fix and or replace water heater through our home warranty program. They call me to schedule an appointment and say the earliest they could get out is tuesday....ok no problem...I make sure I am available at home between 11-2 the window of time they scheduled me for. I wait for them at 1:30 pm I get a call saying they can't make it out till 3-3:30 again i wait then they say that it will be in the evening. They arrive at 6PM...spend 5 minutes here and say we can't help you because it's outside of our normal hours....you f*ing kidding me. You were supposed to be here between 11-2 while I patiently waited for you to arrive... 7 hours waiting and you are here for 5 minutes with that BS. Theres a way to conduct business and basically this company lives by the screw you consumer code. I notified my home warranty company of the issue. After reading another review with similar issues...this company should just remove themselves as a provider if they can't live up to simple expectations of providing good customer service a foundation of any good company. The guy who came out said he was the manager of the company....wow....wonder how the owner feels about how his staff is conducting business out in the field.
