These guys came and told my husband we needed a new toilet. My brother in law had already take the toilet all the way out and unclogged it. he told him that he said well u still need one. we mentioned needed to snake the strain . He said no you need a toilet. Then they left and charged us 150 we got a toilet and got another plumber to put in still didnt work the other plumber told us it wasnt the toilet it was a clogg in the wall needed a snake in the drain. He ran the snake and got the clog and now it works. All that money and now their phone isnt working..

Outstanding is all I can say. Despite being a little late (for which we received a $20 discount), AAP quickly swapped out 2 toilets and fixed one leaking sink drain. And I am positive the one toilet hasn't been changed since the house was built in 1999. He had all the tools and parts he needed. We live out in Morriston, so getting services out here can be a challenge at times. We found AAP on Google after having at least three other plumbers agree and then cancel using the Handy app (one wanted double what Handy said the fee was). Kudos to Always Affordable Plumbing for being safe (mask on the whole time), honest, having integrity and.....always affordable! The fee we paid was 2/3 less than we were quoted by the other plumbers we called. If we ever have need again, we will be calling AAP!
