Couldn't have been more pleased: they arrived at 10 am on a 10-12 window of time and 24 hours after appt had been made through my home protection insurance. Frank and Keyondra, his young plumber, were polite, well-groomed and entirely professional as they assessed the toilet issue, replaced the part, and tested it. Within 30 minutes they were on their way leaving this homeowner grateful for their efficiency and kindness. Alvarez Plumbing Is my choice from now on.

The plumber was courteous, efficient, friendly, and the prices seemed reasonable. He advised us of the issues in a clear way. Leaking toilet tank, so he installed a new seal. He also installed new tank innards, which we had purchased separately. This work was covered under our home warranty, but we also had issues with our primary bathroom shower, which was not. All we were getting was really hot water and scalding hot water. He installed a new splitter/filter device and that seemed to do the trick. Now, during the hot summer months, we'll get slightly cool water and really hot water. Gotta love desert living!

We woke up to a leak coming from a pipe inside a wall in our laundry room. We called our home warranty company and they said they would arrange for a plumber to come out. It took several more calls to the home warranty company before we were notified that Alvarez Plumbing would come out. We received several texts from Alvarez, letting us know their employee was on the way. Eric showed up, promptly diagnosed the problem, cut into the wall and repaired the pinprick-sized hole in the pipe. He cleaned up the area and we were able to turn our water back on. We were very pleased with Eric and Alvarez Plumbing.

This company is out to scam people/insurance companies.
After being threaten by the owner to remove my first review or they wouldn't come out after three weeks of waiting for the control box and heating parts for our water heater. The insurance company sent out a new plumber (obviously I didn't take down my review) the new company came out fixed my water heater in less then 30 minutes!!!! So basically Alvarez plumbing was going to order all kinds of parts that my water heater did not need Bill the insurance company for them and not even install them just keep them. I can't believe it, I'm mind blown they could be capable of this. Like I said before Good luck with Alvarez plumbing!

This company works with the Home Warranty American Home Shield. They came on a Service call with $100 fee paid to American Home Shield. They wouldn't begin any diagnoses because they needed to hear from AHS (30 minute wait on the phone). This serviceman said if I paid $89.50 for him to diagnose the problem right then. He then showed me where my shower valve was dinged but didn't fix or diagnose the water heater leak in my detached garage. This serviceman told the AHS that it was a duplex when it is not. The serviceman then told me what do I expect owning a home in the middle of nowhere. Terrible customer service! The plumber doesn't tell the truth to the warranty company so they can get the work and the Warranty company doesn't have to pay anything, but I'm the one stuck with the bill!

Hated this company from their visit
Very arrogant and they kept telling us there were doing us a favor.
They broke a pipe in our wall and refused to come back out to see what the problem was. They over charged us for upgrades. Not a good business to deal with at all.
