The business is untrustworthy. They lied to me! Telling me that Old Republic wouldn't authorize the work, but a few hours earlier they told Old Republic that I did not have wash outs for my secondary plumbing lines. Old Republic had authorized the work and and I have wash outs for every line. These dumb ass plumbers never even came to my house! Complete garbage, and the girls that answer the phone kept telling me that they would talk to managers to get me scheduled and call back, but they never called. I would take my business elsewhere.

Julian and Jose came today to answer our call for our home warranty, water stain on the ceiling. Both on time first thing in the morning, which I loved! They were incredibly kind and genuine with how to fix our situation without trying to just do things and cost us money. They had their masks on which I found respectful and appreciative. Dane installed our water heater today.
He was extremely efficient, very thorough because he explained well the new water heater the dos and
don'ts, what to watch out. Wthank you Dane and we are very grateful for treating us with professionalism
and with kindness.
I also would like to thank Service Representative Christy who took care of my calls, she was courteous and the company was fast in replacing my water heater that was leaking. I called Friday and the replacement was done Monday.
I had them through Old Republic home warranty.

We had a very positive experience with Alvarez Plumbing. A plumber had stopped in earlier quoting near $7,000 to replace the drain. My insurance company sent Alvarez to take a look at a drain clog. He ran a small snake and found a few twigs. This was a bad sign but the guy suggested a snake with a camera before any big investment. That was done by a fantastic Alvarez plumber for $250. Magic. Cleared the pipes. Water ran smoothly. All done in 45 minutes with no mess in my house or garage. The plumber recommended using a periodic drain cleaner, even helped me find it online.

$250 much better run $7000. Get a second opinion from Alvarez

Julian from Alvarez Plumbing Services was dispatched to fix two plumbing fixtures at my house today. He was very courteous and pleasant. I had a different person fix the problems last January, but the problems persisted. Julian tested everything and made sure that the problems have been fixed. After having issues with their appointment scheduling they were able to put us on schedule the next day. They sent in their technician Julian. He arrived an hour early to the appointment. This is his second time fixing our toilet and I am always happy with his work. He is super nice and knowledgeable. He always explains the problem and tells me how he's going to fix it. I highly recommend their technicians!
