APS is an amazing company to work with and we have contacted them twice in the last 6 months for plumbing issues. The team is efficient, on time, courteous, responsive and reasonable. I was very impressed with Frank and Eric and their ability to work as a team to resolve an underground leak on my property. Water was bubbling up just feet beyond the city meter ( so my issue) and after the initial call Frank and Eric arrived within 15 minutes and resolved the issue in a short amount of time considering the amount of digging, pipe replacement etc etc that had to be done. I am very pleased with the level of service and expertise!

Jullian was helpful and provided a good service to fix the toilet. The appointment took a little longer and I was hoping to get a sooner appointment due to leaking Toilet. I hope the Toilet Flange repair kit last and does not breakdown again. Wish the Flange was replaced completely. Also old caulking was not removed and replaced with new caulking. Wish they had done that too.

Was very satisfied with the technician when he came out to replace the faucet handle The home warranty would only cover one handle so I asked the technician if he would replace the other one if he had it in the box he said he would but it would be an additional $29 for one handle I went ahead and looked it up and for two handles you could pay $29 so I called the manager and asked why they charge me full price for two handles when the insurance covered one and I paid for the other out-of-pocket from my homeowners insurance the price for them to come out is $75 also they get paid for the job that was perform the manager told me that that's the way they do business they mark up everything double Very unsatisfied on the way they do business it also took him two weeks to get the part when I looked it up on Amazon I could've got it next day

APS got sent out to us through our home owner's warranty today. We had an issue with our water heater leaking. Julian came out, he was on time and very knowledgeable. He was also very courteous. It was a simple fix. He checked out the whole water heater for us and walked us through everything. He was very assuring and helpful. Great plumber!

Kitchen sink backed up so I emailed our Home Warranty company with the info. Alvarez Plumbing was assigned immediately and they called first thing the next morning and said a tech was nearby and could come right now. Julian showed up right away and was able to repair the clog and cracked pipe under the sink in a short time. Was very happy with this repair.

Our water heater was not heating, after contacting APS they were able to come to us within a few hours. They order what was needed and installed it a few days later. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no new issues or soon to be issues.

Very disappointed in the most recent service call from Alvarez Plumbing Services. I had trusted this company and had them at my house many times before. As an authorized contractor for my home warranty company, they were assigned a work order for my water heater. I had been without hot water for several days. The technician Erik was assigned my service call. He arrived and spent about 23 minutes at my house. He was able to get my water heater back up and going, but after he left it failed again. I was not able to get any hot water again. I had tried the steps he did, but wasn't able to resolve the issue. I had contacted my home warranty company to request them to return. Except they had falsely reported to them that's water heater was failing because I didn't do required maintenance on it and so did the manufacturer of my unit. This was far from the truth. I was present and documented the conversation when our tech called Rinani because he truly didn't know how to fix the problem. (This was alarming, as a licensed plumber /technician should have to call to ask for assistance because he doesn't know how to diagnose the problem) And little did the technician know, my unit was just recently serviced. He had also failed to even take apart the unit to even come to the conclusion. I since had a second licensed plumber and company with over 25 years experience in the industry come to my house, to tell me that parts needed to be replaced, and they had gone bad inside the unit. It had nothing to do with servicing the unit. The tech should have caught this the first time, and had he taken my unit apart he would of seen this for his own. Lazy and disappointed that you have these type of people working for your company.

Fast response, on time arrival, polite tech, thorough diagnosis and repair, and no mess left behind.

We discovered moisture at the bottom of a inside wall that contains an outside faucet. Our home warranty sent it to Alvarez Plumbing. They called within a couple of hours and made an appointment.

Julian arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a full diagnosis to make sure of the problem and repaired it quickly. He tested to make sure there was no leak. He answered all questions and cleaned up after himself.

Alvarez Plumbing Services is a class act rip off.
I had a backed up sewer they said clearing it would cost $75.00 so after they got here they ended up charging me $150.00 and they didn't even clear up the sewer and they wanted to charge me 350.00 for a camera inspection.
Total rip off please stay away from this company.
