Frank was very prompt, friendly, and professional and he addressed and solved our problem. Very good communication on when expected to come and called in advance when on the way. He helped solve a problem we were having with the water pressure in our kitchen sink and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend them.

Had Alvarez Plumbing coordinate appointment w/ renters. Erik called & told me what the issues were w/ the leaky tub faucet. He gave me an estimate of the repair costs & possible additional cost if handle was bad. Turned out handle had to be replaced. Renter was very pleased w/ the repair. Since I live out of town, I was given a choice of paying by credit card or check. Will use Alvarez again.

The company is a complete rip off.
They sent a technician to my home in la quinta to clear some drain problems I had. Their technician was very nice and friendly over the phone when he arrived. But, he"" failed""to inform me how much the work was going to cost and intentionally left this popular scamming part out.""to charge the customer each item they request"" So, I asked the technician to check the 3 toilets connected to one side of the house to push out any posble blockage to the main line and then clear the main drain. Approximately 30 minutes later the work was done I called the tech and he told me that every toilet is working fine and there was no blockage at all. So, I was happy to hear he didn't do major work and hoping my bill will be reasonable around 180 to 200 bucks ...to my surprise!!! $ 338 bucks plus electronic fee of 25 extra dollars. I was completely upset and angry when i saw this bill. The following morning I spoke with their office dispatcher and to my surprise, she was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me as the client. She even had the nerve to tell me if I knew how to do the job why did I call a plumber.
hearing her talking to me I honestly had to straighten her out. I reminded her that her customers are the reason why shes in business and they are to be handled with kindness and respect. I also told her that I was extremely angry about heir hidden charges and their way run their business..I will NEVER use their service again..

As stated before Frank was prompt & knowledgeable. He recognized a couple of screwy situations with my hot water heater which he resolved. He also identified a cracked toilet tank as the culprit of my leak in the casita.

Eric came two days later once I had the NEW toilet in hand. This young man was efficient and clean about the job. The old toilet and the NEW box were effortlessly discarded.

Kimberly is very responsive and interested as the main contact in the office. It is really nice speaking to people that are focused and NOT distracted. Usually, after a plumber has visited I do not feel well due to crappy service accompanied by a WAIKIKI invoice.

That did not happen with Alvarez Plumbing.

Being new to the Coachella Valley its been hit or miss on repair companies in the area. I found this company on Yelp and they were awesome. They fixed my plumbing issue on a Friday Evening. They were friendly and honest about the job. I will call this company for future plumbing issues.

After finding Alvarez Plumbing, I will not use anyone else. I don't like having one stranger after another working on my house. I collect only knowledgeable, hard working, honest and respectful skilled workers. Then I never let them go. Rick was my service man. He arrived clean even In 114 degree weather. He got right to the job of changing out a toilet. With 14 years of experience that he had I felt my plumbing needs were in great hands. I will Only use Alvarez Plumbing from now on and I would highly recommend them. Read reviews before hiring anyone. I did and that's how I found Alvarez Plumbing and I'm so happy I did. You will too.

These guys just fixed my broken toilet. We had a problem with the suction and weren't able to use the handle to flush the toilet. I had called in the afternoon and spoke to Frank on the phone. He was really nice and professional. He was able to get me an appointment for the next morning. Eric and Frank showed up on time and were very professional. Turns out they had to remove my toilet from the wall because of the limited access above the tank. Our counter runs directly over the tank. But they were quick and tidy. They cleaned up and resealed around the toilet base to make sure we wouldn't have any future leaking problems. I would recommend if you need a timely and reliable plumber.

These guys are great! Made an appt. for a replacement garbage disposal, Eric came out and in less than 5 minutes explained that it was only jammed. He could have replaced the disposal and I would have never known, instead...he fixed it, told me to take the new one back to where I'd bought it and that was it. How often do you find companies/people that are so spot on honest (and polite and friendly)? When it comes to the next plumbing issue (or when I remodel my bathroom) I won't even consider any others...the jobs will only/always go to them.
