Extremely unprofessional business! Frank, the owner lied to me about my home repair policy not covering the original faucet, which was a Brushed Nickel Goose Neck Pull-out kitchen faucet and APS installed the biggest cheapest piece of crap, so they could make a nice profit on me because I was covered to get a Chrome Goose Neck Pull-Out which would have cost about if not more than $150.00. Anyone looking for the service of a plumber, do not look at Alvarez Plumbing Service for the task. They are not in my opinion a reliable organization and I will never even thing of using them again! Think twice people about them!

Just leaving a followup to this review after receiving a phone call from the owner of Alvarez Plumbing Service, Frank Alvarez. Alvarez Plumbing Service did do me a good deed, I guess, but he did agree to let me make 2 payments to pay for the water heater service they did, but only after I made out 2 checks, each in the amount of approx. $400.00 totaling over $800.00, which I did pay and gave them the 2 checks just so the work could start. But the only reason APS agreed to let me make payments was because if they didn't, APS would loose out of some more cash. I did feel the need to mention this because when Frank called me seconds after my post was left today, he brought this event up. So just so you know Frank, I'm not a person that likes leaving bad reviews against business individuals, I just feel that professionals in your position owe their customers an educated and professional opinion as to the product they install in a customers home. And in my opinion I would have declined installing that piece of crap faucet APS installed in my home and advised me of such a situation, but it seems to me getting paid for your services was much more important than your integrity and you also agreed that the faucet was a plastic piece of crap, but this came about after the bad review was posted. The job on the water heater was perfect as far as I can tell, no complaints although I do not know the quality of the new water heater that was installed, but only time will tell. So Frank, here it is just for you to see, but if you're innocent I wouldn't think you'd hang up on people like me who is only leaving a review based on the information that I have in front of me and hanging up on me is exactly what you did when you didn't get your way. So I'm sorry that you are upset with the review I left, it is what it is, but consumers need to know and I just don't go leaving bad reviews willy nilly, I am an honest person and that's who I am. So, to respond to your earlier statement to me, before you hung up on me,""I do sleep very well at night, do you""? Thank you Frank for the opportunity to talk with you, Fred Wyatt

Frank came to repair a broken vacuum breaker at my surgical facility . I was very happy that he was the one who came out himself and fixed the issue rather than sending the younger plumbers who had initially fixed the problem . Showed real business acumen and skill. Dr Khan

QUALITY SUPERB. We are so pleased with Frank and Troy. We had a broken water pipe in the floor and with their incredible electronic leak detection, they found it immediately and had us repaired and back with water in a little over 2 hours. This is truly a fine plumbing service. It was far less than the other quote that we had. I highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing.

APS was called by my home warranty company and I used them after seeing the high reviews. I had the pleasure to work with Frank to repair the slab leak in my home. I was very happy with the work that was completed and service provided by all the staff that assisted with job. On top of the great service, knowledge and repair by provided by Frank the price could not be beat... I highly recommend and will continue to APS for all my future pluming needs.

Wow!! Excellent experience. As the owner of a property I received a call from my Tennant that they had no hot water. I got an estimate on Fri. Then called Alvarez for a second estimate on Sat. They were $100 less. I called at 9am and by noon my Tennants had hot water. A new water heater was needed. They install Bradford White brand one of the best there is. The GE I had was more than 12 yrs old. I paid by cc and my Tennants said they were professional and couldn't be nicer. I've found my go to plumber!!
