Plumber was contracted by home warranty company to look at a water leak in garage ceiling above hot water heater. Some how a C-36 plumbing contractor is making a C-54 tile contractors scope of profession decisions for the home warranty company. Not only unprofessional, but the decisions relayed to the home warranty company were completely inaccurate, hence why it isnt a plumbers scope of profession. "" tile shower pan grout is waterproof barrier, and if cracked in grout line on pan floor, will cause shower to leak through ceiling below"". Completely inaccurate, and shows lack of building knowledge. A B licensed general or c-54 tile contractor should make those professional recommendations, and if you had the knowledge you would know your decision is wrong. The water proofing barrier is either a water membrane liner or a hot mopping application that waterproofs the pan, not the cosmetic grout lines. Highly unprofessional!

Julian was amazing and this company responded quickly. The service itself did not take more than an hour and we are very pleased with our fixed leak. Will recommend definitely and will call if any new plumbing problems occur. Thank you again !!

I used Alvarez Plumbing for a leaking kitchen faucet & my water heater temp wasn't hot enough. Not only were they fast to schedule but they were so nice & they were able to install a new faucet in the same day along with adjusting the temperature on my water heater!

APS provided the best service I have ever received from a plumbing company. Immediate call after I submitted a claim to my home warranty. They scheduled the appointment right away. In addition, they provided on going communication when the technician would be arriving. Down to the minute. The device/ repair excellent. I needed a new garage disposal, I had a leak under my sink. The service technician Dane was outstanding and Julian who came and added a part. Thank for great service.
