I have known Dominic Casas for over 15 years, first through HANDY EXPRESS, and now as owner of ALVAREZ PLUMBING. Dominic is a man of integrity, reasonable prices, and all the plumbing work he's done for us from replacing water heaters, replacing or repairing bathroom and kitchen plumbing, and clearing the roots from our sewage line has been exceptional. He's installed my oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, and is the best ""go to"" guy around. I've recommended him to others and they have been more than satisfied with his work as well. He recently replaced my bathtub/shower combo and I love the unit he ordered for me. Dominic is always hard-working, respectful, professional, and timely. I know him to be an honest individual who treats his customers well and if something isn't right, he makes it so.

I was so in pressed and will keep his card and call again when I need a plumber. I was scared to call a plumber because 16 years ago I called a plumber for the same job. It end up costing $70,000.00. I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. I bought the faucet and needed someone to install it.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.
Jose arrived in a timely manner, was professional and completed the job perfectly. He even took away the old faucet for me.

These people did a horrible job building a bathroom and shower for me. They used wrong material, failed to grout the tile around the wall or even around the toilet. I have leakage problems. The owner Dominic uses worthless workers who do the worse plumbing job. When I asked him to come fix things, he hit on me. What a disgusting man and a poor excuse for a plumber. Do not hire this company. You will pay double to fix their bad work.

Unacceptable Customer Service.

I made an appointment for a specific timeframe to have multiple services completed at my home. I took half a day off work to be home for the appointment and NO ONE SHOWED UP from Alavarez plumbing.

Extremely disappointing customer service.

I needed a drain pipe cleared late on a Saturday afternoon. The service was excellent and well priced. I misunderstood the cause of the issue and thought I would require replacing a section of the drainpipe. I had a technician come back out and he told me that the repair was not necessary at this time. I am so grateful for the integrity shown that I will not use any other plumber.

Very disappointed. Appointment was from 1-3. Showed up at 3:30. Once a year our bathroom sinks and laundry room get backed up. Simple solution should have been in and out in less than an hour. He was here for 1.5hrs so has to charge for 2hrs and proceeded to tell me I was getting a deal because we was now in after hours and should be charging me for over time (even though he was late to the appointment!)
