Johnny did a fast and totally efficient installationof my whole house water filter system. He also replaced my reverse osmosis system in the kitchen sink, which was also perfectly installed . Should I need a plumber again they are number one on my list.

What a pleasure it was to work with Hector. Had a faucet and dishwasher installed. The original dishwasher had been installed incorrectly due to a poor plumbing job by another company. Hector fixed the problem, dealt with a difficult dishwasher to get out and an even more difficult one to get in, a dog and child vying for attention and never lost his cool! Great guy! Great service!

This is the third time my parents have used Alvarez Plumbing to fix the plumbing in our house's bathroom and this time it started to get worse. Sunday we experienced our bathroom toilet getting clogged and yesterday my parents called Alvarez Plumbing to fix our bathroom plumbing problem and what I think is happening is this company uses new plumbers in training to fix plumbing problems. Because the same plumber came both times to fix my family's bathroom problems and only left it half done and now every so often my family's toilet gets clogged. If you want great service done look elsewhere and when you encounter plumbing problems avoid Alvarez Plumbing whenever possible

Plumber was not thorough and toilet overflowed again three days later. I was told they charge 115/hour, and the plumber added a $5 ""trip charge"" plus $15 for ""other"". No materials were used in the 5 minutes he was there.

Jose saved the day! The office scheduled 30 minutes from the time I called. Jose called ahead to say he could come earlier. 15 minutes later, drain was clear. Problem solved!

Val's Plumbing recommend we get our pipes hydro jetted & since Val's doesn't do hydro jetting & I wanted to go with someone local Alvarez was a good choice or so I thought. They didn't do the whole underneath and then found a crack in the pipes below. So now not only do I need to get the pipes replaced but Alvarez refuses to come back and clean out the pipes again. I had to wait for 24 hours for them to return my call and won't come back to fix their mistake. After paying for the hydro jetting, which I did, they wanted me to spend more without fixing the first problem. If I had to do it again, I would NEVER use Alvarez Plumbing for anything!!!

Fast and professional service. Juan was just great. He was polite, fast, and very conscientious. Called Alvarez re hot water heater malfunction at 8:05 am and had new one installed by 11:05 am. App on iPhone told Juan warrant had expired in 2017.

I needed a plumber to fix my water heater. Alvarez Plumbing was able to come out the same day. The technician was pleasant and professional and clearly knew his craft. Pricing was up front and fair. I will use them again as needed.
