I really would like to say thank you to Juan. He is a great plumber. One way you can tell if someone is really good at there job is by the way they are able to explain technical and complex issues in a manner that is easily understandable. Juan was a good communicator and was able to answer all of my questions and Lord knows I had a lot of them. He replaced a water heater at my home and even explained to me what was possibly the root cause. He was able to not only explain things to me but also showed me some things I could do to conduct better maintenance on my hardware. As a first time home owner, I am learning that I should read the product manual on all of my big appliances inside and outside. Thanks for the lesson Juan!

I've used Alvarez Plumbing for years. On Thursday August 13th (afternoon) I had a sewage backup and Alvarez sent out a plumber. He was here approx. 20 minutes, snaked the line and said it was taken care of. Three days later, August 17th (morning), the sewer line backed up again (same location). I called the office and was told that they only guarantee their work for 24 hours and that they were booked up for the day and a plumber would be sent out after hours (7 pm to 9pm) and it would cost extra money for after hours work. She told me THREE times it would cost more money this time. I will NEVER use this company again nor would I recommend them to family and friends.

I called Alvarez plumbing yesterday after going through one other plumber and one appliance repair shop, and I am so glad I did!!! Two hours later, my sink was not leaking water everywhere when I washed dishes. Juan did an efficient job, and he explained what he was doing. We are very grateful for his work; we will definitely be using this business in the future if we have plumbing issues.

My hot water valve in my master bathroom's shower broke early one morning and was slowly leaking hot water from the spigot. I called Alvarez Plumbing and they were able to get someone over to my place within an hour.

To my satisfaction, the part was fixed and replaced very quickly, very professionally. The price for the repair was also exceptional. I will definitely call them again the in future for their excellent services.

I needed a toilet replaced. They were fast and efficient! Can't beat that with a stick, came back a few days later to do an estimate on a alcove shower install, new toilet and vanity replacement.

I will use them for all my plumbing needs from here on out.

We had both our toilets block up. called Alvarez Plumbing on a Saturday. Jose called me back and was at the house in 20 minutes. The line was blocked pretty bad so he called Mike to assist him. They brought out the heavy duty snake machine and busted through the blockage. These guys are true professionals and know their stuff. They had the right equipment and knowledge, and did the job in no time. Reasonable price for emergency service. Would recommend them anytime!

Highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing. We had some difficult follow up problems with an installed Pfizer faucet, but Alvarez 100% stood by their warranty for parts and service. High integrity company that stands by their word who you can trust to solve your plumbing needs! Both Jose and George were very professional, knowledgeable and tenacious in solving our problem!

Used Dominic and staff for many projects, they are honest and punctual. Sometimes other jobs took longer but they would call to let me know that they were going to be late.
