Fixed my toilet. Installed a $15 part in about 15 minutes and charged me nearly $350. This was during the height of the pandemic, and they had an exclusivivity deal with my HOA - they were the only plumber allowed on the premises. They despicably took advantage of the situation by price gouging.

Our toilet valve stopped working and our sink was clogged. The company responded extremely quickly to my online request and had someone out the same day! Joe Martinez did a fantastic job in performing the work and walked us through the fixes when he was done. Would definitely recommend Alvarez Plumbing and Joe Martinez!

Theycame out for a plumbing issue, charged us 450 and snaked out the clean out. That would have been fine but not even a day later we had more flooding, sso we called them back as the told us the day before that there was a 30 day warranty.. when theycame back out they said it was in a different spot and they needed to put a camera down the pipes and that would be another $500 over and above whatever ellse it needs. Mgr-James would not make any concessions except for us to pay the additional $ and see what is wrong. He did not seem to care that we paid $450 and basically got nothing for our money! I would NOT recommend this company! Very POOR customer service!

We had a big mess going on with our septic spewing out waste and toilet paper all over our yard and sidewalk. It was disgusting. Joe M with Alvarez came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. He was very professional, easy to talk with and just an overall nice person. I would highly recommend this company and Joe M specifically. We will definitely be calling them if we have any future plumbing needs.

It's amazing how many 1 star reviews are here that also state how bad customer service is. Wow! Imagine how many people also had this happen and didn't come here to leave a review? They truly need to look up customer service! Stay away.

They replaced a kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Plumbers were knowledgeable, kind, and very neat/cleaning up all of the mess. The caulking is impeccable. Also important these days - they were very mindful of Covid precautions. They were a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

I wish I had gotten the 2 service techs names. We had Alvarez Plumbing come out to check our sink, not draining properly. They came ON TIME and were very communicative. Everything is now fixed and taken care of. The 2 men were as sweet as can be!

Alvarez Plumbing gives great service at a reasonable price. I have a mid-century modern bathroom that needed plumbing repair. When I explained that it would be difficult to replace tile from that time period, they were so careful in removing the tile, that I was able to put use it again. They were neat, efficient, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them.

The work was done and they were on schedule. I feel $260.00 to clear a bathroom sink drain was excessive. The tech was here about 45 minutes and 10 of it was spent retrieving tools from his truck.

Trying to find a good rated plumber and thought Alvarez would be the one. However, we called them out to look at a leak coming from underneath the sink on the garbage disposal and they wanted to charge around $500 to replace the disposal which they said was cracked and needed replacement. When I asked how much it would cost if I provided the disposal they said $405 for about an hour and a half. That seems outrageous to me. I just paid the trip charge and declined. On top of that I called Waste King (which is Moen) and they said based on the location of the crack only the mounting kit needed replacement and they are sending it to me for free under warranty. No need to replace the whole thing. If you are going to have flat rate pricing instead of an hourly charge it should at least be reasonable. $270 an hour for swapping out the same model disposal is just out of bounds.
