Dennis is my new go to plumber. We had a problem with our Moen shower fixture that another plumber said need to be completely replaced. Dennis saved us a great deal of money by advising us how we could get the parts directly from Moen. We did not have to replace the fixture. Dennis repaired the shower and several other fixtures at a fair and reasonable rate. He was on time, provided great communications and we were totally satisfied with the quality of work.

He took the time to explain the intricacies of the job and ensured that all cost saving measures are implemented before possibly escalating it to the next procedure. He worked diligently to make sure that this would not happen (which plumbers in this area will and charge more)! He also gave me advice to be preventative and advice for other household plumbing issues.

Our go-to plumber from now on! Dennis was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I called at around 8pm, asking for a consultation (all our toilets were backed up- emergency!). He answered promptly and offered to talk us through troubleshooting the issue, which we tried and I appreciated his offer. When we couldnt get the issue resolved, he came out promptly and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I had a broken pipe in my attic above a bathroom. Water was dripping out of my overhead light fixture. To prevent more damage I needed to turn the water off to my house. Then I set out to find a plumber who could help me with my problem. I was so disappointed to call multiple plumbers to only get an answering machine where I left my number and the plumbing emergency I was experiencing. On my 5th call I reached a real person who was polite and took my information. He told me to text him my address and he could come in about 2 hours. I was please to get a text that said he was on his way in approximately the time frame. He arrived and was very professional and assured me he could fix my issue. The fix turned out to be fairly easy and I thought reasonable priced. In the end I was very please and would use this company in the future. Nobody from the other companies I called ever returned my phone call for help!
