I would highly recommend Alvarado Concepts for any of your plumbing or installation needs. Joel and his team are professional, reliable, and have very competitive prices. I had had two bathroom renovations made to my new property and they jumped on the job and had it finished in a very short time. The new bathroom is fantastic and I could not be more pleased with how it came out. They have cleared sewage lines for me, done expert concrete work, and ran new gas, water, and sewage lines to my new cottage and did it fast and professionally. Joel always has good suggestions for handling difficult problems and works with your schedule to make everything come together smoothly. It can be very difficult to work and rely on contractors and tradesman in Los Angeles, but Joel and Alvarado Concepts made everything easy and beautiful for my new home. We had a flood in our laundry room on Easter Sunday, of course! Joel, from ACI came immediately and assessed the problem. It was some funky plumbing that had been done before we moved in plus our 90+ year old sewer line was brittle and crumbling. His crew did a fantastic job in less time than estimated, they were professional, respectful and great to have around. Joel was in contact with us everyday plus he came to the house everyday to check on the progress of the job. They cleaned everything up afterwards and also came back 4 days later after the concrete had dried to finish what couldn't be done with wet concrete. The folks that came to install the sewer liner were also great. All in all we are more than satisfied with their work and the price .We are confident we will never have any further problems. If you are looking for a licensed plumber who is ethical and experienced this is the company to go to. Highly recommended and happy in Los Angeles!
