We have coverage through 'Service Line Warranties of America' and Alto Sewer Service is contracted by them. Dylan came out on Sunday, 30 hours after we called in our blockage issue. Dylan was great at explaining what he was doing, and he unclogged tree roots about 90ft into our sewer line. Our clean-out is the oldest he has ever seen (our house is from 1919) and he replaced it with a reusable expandable rubber cap. There was no cost to us. Would definitely use again.

They said they would be out in 2 hours. Called at 2 pm had to call rotorooter at 9 pm they came out in half hour. Unless you're a family friend I don't think they come out just say they will. 3 days later they called to see if they should come out

Alto Sewer Services sent Devin out to our home on 2/5/25 for a blockage in our basement floor drain under our utility sink. He initially opened a capped pipe to drain the standing water by breaking off the cap as he broke his adjustable pliers and his pipe wrench was not working for the cap. The initial snake he brought in was too large to get into the floor drain so he was going to leave because he cleared the water by accessing the capped pipe. We asking him to clear the stoppage as that's why we contacted our warranty company. After using a smaller snake he cleared the floor drain and attempted to find the source of the clog in the utility sink ask that wasn't draining either. He opened the right basin trap side and was struggling with the left side. He inserted the pipe wrench inside the pipe and pulled the flange off the concrete basin. Immediately he started apologizing and said they would set up with the warranty company to have a plumber come out. we didn't know he wasn't a plumber AND they told me I *had* to sign a work authorization so he could work on the home. Well when the home warranty company, myself and husband spoke with Zach in dispatch with Alto he simply said that they weren't liable as I signed a waiver. I wasn't presented it as a waiver, also super fine print says they're not liable for faulty plumbing or defective pipes. Not improper use of tools by their technicians breaking our pipes! after Zach said they weren't liable he hung up and they won't take further calls. I very much caution anyone from letting them work on your home.

My uncle had a sewer back up issue in Maple Grove and hired Bonfe to come out and take a look, he was told they were worried their auger would get stuck, too long of a job to go that far down their driveway and would need 200ft he was quoted a price of $52,000.00 and they would need to rip out a large prortion of his driveway and left him with the big problem still, he called Alto and Cory came out same day (unheard of) and was extremely caring and professional and was able to use an auger and went 85 feet without getting stuck and everything is working perfectly and the cost $600.00. Moral of the story call Alto before checking with Bonfe!! I told my uncle I would leave his rave review for the company!

This Company is a joke, you will sign a disclaimer before a job starts, saying that they are not liable for any damages

Claim they got experience, and when the job starts and stuff happen, they are not liable

This company was sent by my warranty company. They unassembled my pipe under the bathroom sink and could not reassemble it. They told me to call the warranty company to send a real plumber to fix it. Of course the warranty company will not. After leaving messages for 3 days I finally spoke with someone from Alto. They were extremely rude and said that they did not intend to call me back or to send anyone to fix the pipe. I was shocked! They told me to hire a plumber and it's not their problem. Do not let this company into your home! Pay out of pocket for a better company if necessary.

We have 7 kids and 9 grandkids. At any given time our house is full of people. Last night the was a blockage in our line. My husband called a 24 hour company who didn't call us back until 9 am (nice). The guy came out, told us he'd need to water jet it and call his restoration partner to come take a look. He said he'd lie on the invoice so we could make a claim. Literally. The he told me the cost was $1350.00. I felt sick and like I was being scammed but with a house full felt backed into a corner. He charged my card and left. I had a bad feeling so my son checked the reviews on yelp for this company. Their rating was a 1 AND every review said they had the same experience as me. I canceled the service, called my bank and am disputing the charge. I was sick over it and needed to still get someone out..... My son was referred to Alto Sewer Service. Aketo showed up and from the moment he arrived he set us at ease. He's so upbeat, positive and amazing. WE LOVED HIM AND HE DID AN AMAZING, AH-MAZING JOB. It was $200.00 for a blocked line. That was it. His intergity, how fast he worked, how friendly he is and the fabulous job he did has made me a life time customer. I'm a realtor and I will refer anyone to this company. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU....
