Altitude re-piped of our entire cabin. Colin does amazing work, both in quality and appearance. The manifold system is simply a work of art.

We needed to be able to drain the entire system regularly, and isolate individual plumbing fixtures. Colin made all of that simple. He took my many requests all in stride, and the drains and fixtures are all flawless. The building department inspector even told me ""He does very good work."", while I was there discussing a different project permit.

Stephanie was great and responsive, on the office/business side. She kept us informed and got us answers when Colin was busy or out of cell coverage. Altitude's pricing is reasonable and the work is outstanding.

I am not sure anyone could ask for more.

Very unprofessional. Came out and quoted us for new water line and new sewer line. After scheduling with them for nearly a 2-month weight 3 weeks before the work is ready to go and they send us an email and state that they're not sure their insurance covers them to do the work that they previously quoted us. So they lied and they said they could do the work and let us believe that for months only to turn around and say they can't do the work weeks before it's ready to go. Coward can't even call you back and tell you that in person they have to send you an email. That's because they're unprofessional and they don't know how to do business like real adults. So if you'd like to deal with an unprofessional company that likes to waste people's time and money will then surely call altitude plumbing. They'll help you out over there. They'll lie to you. They'll waste your time and then they won't even respond when you ask them why.

We just purchase a house in Divide. The dishwasher died and while we were trying to repair we noticed some very curious plumbing under the sink. I called three plumbing companies and Altitude was the only one that called me back. They sent a tech out the very next day. Cole was polite, professional, and very competent. He made suggestions and fixed the issue. The price was extremely reasonable. I value good customer service. Cole made sure we were satisfied and asked for our future business. Trust me not enough companies do that. Altitude is my plumbing company going forward and I highly recommend them.

Colin responded to initial call quickly, came quickly, and addressed plumbing emergency quickly. He was professional, friendly, and competent. Reasonable charges for plumber. He informed me of problem, possible cause, and plan and parts needed to fix. I am VERY grateful!!! Well done! I would use again. I highly recommend. Only suggestion, Colin, please bring disposable booties so you don't track dirt into people's homes on service calls.
