We contracted Oz to find our leak, he seemed very professional, courteous and knowledgable. He told us that he would be with us throughout the entire process, he said we could contact him at any time. He misdiagnosed the location of the leak, which cost us a few thousand dollars worth of unnecessary excavation fees in tearing out about a forth of our concrete porch and on the fly we had to get someone else to come out to find the leak. After contacting him, he said he would come back out and take a look, to which he never showed up. After making the time in our schedules to wait for him to come through, he never did. After multiple attempts of trying to reach out via phone call, he has not returned any of them, and our requests for refunds have gone unanswered.

We called Altitude Leak Detection to locate a slab leak in our home. Oz is an amazingly, skilled, knowledgeable, professional. He explained the process in detail before he started and answered all of our questions. He located the leak quickly and his work ethics were above and beyond our expectations. TOTAL THIEF AND SCAM!! Get a company to help you that will find your leak and help you repair the problem. This guy charged four hundred dollars to tell me leak was in wall and that was it. He doesn't do anything else besides steal your money and tell you what you already know. I asked for partial refund and he stopped returning my messages but said he would be with me for the whole process whatever that means. BE AWARE

I highly recommend Oz and his company Altitude Leak Detection. From the moment I spoke with OZ, he walked me through the processes he uses to determine where a leak is and there is nothing that they cant find with the type of equipment he uses. I had a leak in my fountain, which was extremely challenging to find but not for Oz.

Not only did Oz show up precisely on time , but he assessed the entire situation before any work began to ensure he was going about it the best and most cost effective way possible. Within 30 minutes, the source of the leak was determined. I've been loosing 300 gallons an hour unknowingly to me other than the inflated water bills.

As a Commercial General Contractor, I can't say enough good things about Oz and his company Altitude Leak Detection. You'll be able to trust him, count on him to show up and give you honest feedback with integrity every step of the way.

Oz and Charlie are the best!!! I have had issues with standing water in my front yard for weeks and was unable to figure out the issue. I received a quote from a major plumber in town that wanted to do ""exploratory troubleshooting"" by digging up my front yard for thousands of dollars. That is when we found Altitude Leak Detection. They were able to confirm the leak was NOT on my property for a fraction of the price and saved us a TON of money and damage to our landscaping! Oz and Charlie were nice enough to walk me through every step of their troubleshooting and educate me. In addition, they took time away from their families to come out on a Sunday afternoon to troubleshoot and give us peace of mind! I can't speak highly enough how awesome these guys are, highly recommended!!!

I would not recommend this company. Yes, Altitude Leak Detection was cheaper (at first) then the competitor and the owner OZ came two days later, but he was wrong on his detection. My plumber dug and dug in that spot with no such luck. Oz assured me he would come right back if he was wrong. Well he won't even respond to my calls...I believe Oz and his shady company to be scamming customers all over Colorado. Save yourself the $400 dollars and hire American Leak Detection. Based out of Las Vegas. Serving Vegas, Phoenix and Denver and they only charge $300 plus maybe a trip charge. Which at first was why they were higher. But with some quick clarification on our address- no trip charge.

I had water coming into the lower level of my home and figured there was a broken underground water pipe. I called some plumbing companies to get quotes on repairing it, and they all said I needed to have a leak detection company mark the location of the leak first. I called Oz with Altitude Leak Detection, and he came out (very quickly, I must say) and marked the leak at the spot where the water was coming into the house. My husband and I rented an excavator and dug a trench where Oz had marked. No luck finding the pipe. My husband called Oz, who came back (again, very quickly) and told us we probably needed to dig about a foot to the left of where we had dug already. Well, we dug and dug, and eventually we found the water pipe several feet away from Oz's mark and around the corner on a different wall. Despite his promptness, I am very disappointed with his service, especially given how much he charges.

OZ was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed two leaks. One was a current sprinkler system leak. Another was a leak I had for 5 years. I was about to spend thousands on replacing the windows, but that was not the problem. Thanks Oz!

Spent less than an hour at my home. They suggested I had a leak in my drain, and I did not have a leak in my drains. I called them to come back after Blue Sky Plumbing couldn't find a leak anywhere. They are not a company of their word. Told me to call or text and they would come back. After three hours of having Blue Sky Plumbing in my home Altitude Leak Detection never came back, called, emailed, texted as they said they would. This service in my opinion is a waste of your money because any plumber worth his/her salt is work can find the leak without this lame service company.
