Our services include repairs for sump pumps, ejector pumps, and garbage disposals when required. We offer drain snaking services for blockages. We won’t attempt to sell you anything unless it’s essential. We’ll clarify the reasons behind the needed repairs and walk you through the process. At this time, we specialize in repairing existing plumbing systems, not new construction. We strive to provide the same care as if we were servicing our own residence. Brian H.Do not use this 'plumber'. Doesn't accurately diagnose problems. Denis just wants to collect the $65 home warranty service fee and be done. I did some research and he has changed company names multiple times probably because of bad reviews. Choice home warranty and Denis are both frauds.
If choice home warranty wants to send this company to you. Cancel. You'll just waste $65.
Thomas W.I never write reviews but was so frustrated with this service. This company was assigned to me via my Home Warranty for a sink issue. He arrived unannounced a day early to the appointment and I was unable to take his calls. The next day when the appointment time came, he rescheduled the appointment a week out right before he was supposed to show up. When I called to ask about this, I was told to text him to see if he can work me in and that it was cancelled because ""he was no longer in the area"". Not only was the communication abysmal, but the appointment was cancelled because I couldn't work him in unannounced. I cannot comment on the quality of work as I had a new plumber assigned but be wary of communication because if there's any issues, you will not be made aware.
