Keith and Frank did a great job! I usually do my own plumbing but, this time I decided to call the experts. Had master bathroom shower and tub fixtures replaced. Both Keith and Frank were very professional and answered all our questions. They wore over shoes when ever they came in our house and when they were finished made sure everything was clean. Needed an adjustment made and they came out the very same day and even called when they were on their way. I will definitely use Alternate Design Plumbing again.

Felix arrived exactly at the appointed time, ready to work. He installed a Halo water purification system in less than two hours, explained its operation, made all the required adjustments, and left the work area spotless. He then took time to fix an annoying problem we were having with a toilet. We have used the professionals from Alternate Design Plumbing for years, for major and minor plumbing problems, and they have never disappointed us in any way!

John Wow!! how overpriced my quote was on a few simplistic plumber needs. Price Quote would have equaled approximately $250.00 per hour labor!! Nope don't think so. My second quote was $50.00 per hour plus materials, now that's realistic. BEWARE!! of Overcharging

Laura and David are very professional and friendly. I love this company. When you make an appointment they show up on time. The first time they came to my home the plumber was polite and thorough. He explained what some of my needs might be in the future. I felt I could trust what he was telling me. I have been in their show room in Orange City and it is beautiful. Did a complete repipe to replace poly butylene pipe. David and Felix really know their stuff. There were no shortcuts taken anywhere I had an insurance inspection while the work was going on and the inspector was impressed with the expertise and the workmanship that was exhibited in places no one would ever venture in the attic. When the job was done and the county inspector came out he was very complementary of the work and attention to detail. He went so far as to tell me I got a really good job. Of course none of this would have happened if it wasn't for Laura pursuing the permit and working with me to meet my needed completion schedule. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs

I come home & my house is flooded due to the shoddy work of a Roto-#%*+€% company. Luckily Frank from Alternate Design Plumbing came, repaired & showed how the original plumbing co that was called, didn't even do the job the were paid for. After flooding in the bathroom & my sons room, Frank came & fixed it all. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND! Don't waste your money, your time or your property with any other company.
