I got 5 or 6 quotes to have my tv mounted and almost changed my mind about having it mounted because the cheapest quote I got was $220. I called Ruslan and he came over a few hours after I called, same-day, and mounted my tv, hung a large picture above my bed (which required moving my bed), installed a towel rack, and moved some big exercise equipment down three flights of stairs for less than the other companies I called were going to charge for just the tv mounting. Such a nice guy too, and very professional. Definitely calling him next time I need something. Really can't believe the prices too.

Ruslan just left and I rushed to post this review. You can't find a better, more reliable, honest, and competent handyman than Ruslan. Not only that, he's so very nice! He's now my go-to handyman for all my home projects. He should be yours, too.

Left a message but didn't get a return call. Tried a second time to call, and was able to speak with him. He said he was busy, so I surmise that was the reason for the non-response. I completely understand, but if I were him at least return call and let your prospective customer know as a courtesy. First impressions matter. My first impression of him wasn't as good. So I passed.

I called Ruslan, to replace a pedestal sink. He was on time and very nice. I cannot give him enough stars the sink is gorgeous!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Ruslan. He is foremost a professional, polite, sincere and has great passion for his trade. Ruslan arrived on time, examined our leaking kitchen sink and found out our faucet was faulty instead of the pipes. He took the time to explain to me so I can understand myself and gave a very reasonable quote and I did not have to think twice because of his professionalism. He works very diligently and not only replaced and repaired our kitchen sink but also fixed our bathroom sink as well. I would absolutely recommend all my friends and family to Ruslan!

Ruslan came on time and was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was honest about what he could and could not do as other yelpers have mentioned. I thought something needed to be fixed and he took a look at it and said it is fine and that I didn't need to do anything. What a great guy! If I need his help in the future I will be contacting him.

As a regular yelp user (not one of those who only has one review), I tried calling a few handymen with impeccable ratings. The first wanted to charge $100 for the estimate/ 2 hours of work. Hmmm, I only needed help with a small job. The second guy called me back... 3 days later and said he was too busy for a small job. Then I called the Altadena Handyman. Dude said that he could show up the next day and would give a free estimate. He shows up on time and looks at my job and starts working on it. About an hour later when it is fixed I ask him how much I owe him and he says $30. What!?! Only $30? I give him $40 since I don't have change and he earned at least that much.

He was nice and helped look at some other potential projects that I have. Gave me advice for how to approach them and even said I could do them in my own.

He will be my go to handyman. He's also a licensed plumber. Thanks a ton, Ruslan!

Had a slow leak found in bathroom; told by other sources that wall needed to be broken into, pipes redone but Rusian answered my call within hours to stop by at the end of a busy Friday to say no, it's the seal on the bottom - be back Wed at 9 and he was promptly there, fixed that and a shower controller - excellent work, excellent attitude, very nice pricing - he will be my regular guy now
