Super customer service. The plumber did a great job at a very fair and reasonable price! I will use Alsop for my future plumbing needs.

Alsop did a great job for us at a very fair price. The secretary was very sweet...great customer service. The plumber didn't arrive on time but he did a great job at a fair price so I will definitely call Alsop for all of my future plumbing needs.

Alsop plumbing has been the best plumbing company I have ever have to deal with. They are very friendly and honest. They will help you on whatever you need to take care of any plumbing problems you may have.
I recommend Alsop plumbing to anyone in the Bell County area.
Thank you for the service you have provided.

I called Alsop yesterday and the staff was very courteous and professional. I explained my emergency, water was shooting out of my water valve and needed someone as soon as possible. The plumber arrived, Mr. Larry, he took care of it in less that an hour and did a great job. I plan on calling them again when needed. By the way, I didn't know you can call the city to turn your water off. Being I had water everywhere, the City of Killeen came right away to turn it off. I hope to never have this happen to anyone, but if it does, hopefully this information will help.

Several weeks ago I called them to fix a leaky faucet. The bill came to over $100, including one part. The part charged was twice the price than what it would have been in the store. A little washer and seat were also replaced in the repair.
When the faucet started leaking even worse a few weeks later, I called them, because "parts & labor" were guaranteed for 90 days. A faulty washer was blamed for the problem, the one they had used in the initial repair.
Imagine my surprise, when I received a bill from them stating that the labor was free, because it was a recall on a repair, but then they turned around and charged me for the parts. The same parts they had used in the first repair and had declared defective. So what happened to "parts & labor"?
I had used them for many years, but this is a definite way to get rid of a loyal customer. Time to find a new plumber with more integrity.
Update***
Here we are, am month later, and the faucet is leaking again. Shoddy work.
