The wires to our hot water heater's thermostat were burned which caused the water heater to stop working. Called Al's plumbing and he was at my house within an hour. After some conversation, we decided the best thing to do was replace the water heater to avoid any future fires. Al did the job well and was very clean in his work. In talking to him throughout the process, my feeling was this is a very honest person who advised the best solution for the safety of my family. Will absolutely call Al in the future for any plumbing issues I cant fix myself. Our water heater started leaking all over our garage as it finally gave out after 25 years. Al was at our house a couple hours after I first called him with a new water heater and all of the parts required to handle it. Extremely competitive pricing for parts and (high quality) labor, and he also improved some of the plumbing connecting to the water heater and replaced our failing water shutoff valve with a more reliable one. Called Al and received a :reasonable"""" quote to replace a Delta Shower Valve for my outdoor shower. He drove to my house and was very courteous and efficient! Even though the job was more complicated than he expected, he honored his quoted price and did a FANTASTIC job --even better than a local plumber offered at nearly twice the price! Just bought the place I'm in and the pipes were just too old Al came by and gave a free estimate and told me a date and time he would be available. Have used Al twice now-replaced a water heater first, then unclogged a kitchen drain from a house that didn't have a garbage disposal so probably had 15 years of gunk in it-it was a tough job but he worked until he got it cleared. Highly recommended!!
