Al's fixed the plumbing problem but created another with their dirty messy work habits. Dropped hot wax from my bathroom to front door on the carpet. Al's response was: ""The carpet is old,just replace it"". I would not recommend Al's Plumbing Madisonville, La.

We have used Al's many times and I have been 100% satisfied each time. They are able to come out quickly and are friendly and helpful.

Al was a nice guy, we called him Sunday afternoon and he came over Monday morning as he told us. He was a nice guy. We agreed on the price to unclog our toilet for $130. It took him about 3 minutes to do so. I think it was a bit much but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Al's has been my plumber for quite a few years, but lately I have called the number twice and both times I got an answering service who took my message. It's been four days now and no one has called me back. Something is not right with that. I need a toilet replaced, not a hard job. I have always had good work done by Al's, but not returning calls is the best way to lose business. I hope they can get things straightened out soon.

Came out to the house to give an estimate said he would email a quote the next day I asked for a ball park number he said about $700 for the job, sent me a written estimate the next day for $1500!! Found another plumber that did the job for $750.00

Spent about 20 - 30 minutes at our home passing his sewer cleaning tool through a section of underground sewer pipe that I wanted to make sure was free of tree roots. I told them on the phone that this is what I wanted done. They never said anything about a high flat fee for their sewer pipe cleaning tool. The run of pipe was maybe 30 - 40 feet. I considered this a minor and routine service call. The technician was done in about 20 - 30 minutes. I was presented with a $225 bill. I complained to the very young technician that he had only been there 20 - 30 minutes... why so expensive. His reply was that it was a flat fee. Be careful with these folks. I do not recommend them.
